I met a potential client here for the first time at the Starbucks in Gainesville, TX today. The music was blasting out of the... speakers as loud as possible (which apparently, according to the immature teens on reddit, they think the music is there for thebaristas and not for the customers' sake.). There is no possible way to hold a conversation, show a presentation on a laptop w/video, to write, to read, to learn or to work. Businesses are here to be customer-service oriented. It's clear Starbucks isnot: and it's not just limited to Gainesville, TX. They could care less about the people visiting. Btw: almost no one is everin this Starbucks according to everyone in town, and it's because of their obnoxiously loud music. Why even have wifi if you'renot creating an environment that's meant to allow for phone calls, reading, writing, focus and work? No, it is NOT about thebaristas. All businesses are there to serve customers. The sooner Starbucks understands this, the better. Read more
Not bad, was SUPRIZED they had the peppermint mocha in stock. And one was told it's there , now, All YEAR.... EXELLENT...STAFF,... spot on helpful. I ordered the new Pineapple matcha drink with extra pineapple syrup and no ice because I was on my way back in to work and... didn?t want it to melt and water down my drink but apparently no ice meant I wanted a half full drink. It was ridiculous afterordering through the mobile app and having to wait an extremely long time in the drive thru which caused me to be late comingback from my lunch break then to be given a half filled drink. I ended up just adding some ice from another drink and it stilldidn?t fill my cup all the way. I am a loyal customer and I?ve ordered this drink several times since the new item has beenadded to the menu and never has it been half full. Read more
I have been hanging out in Starbucks for years. It is a great place to do business and on my part to do my daily devotional in... my Bible. I get there very early in the morning and it's peaceful. I love my baristas they treat me like royalty. Read more
It's a chain and somewhat expensive, but good for a packaged lunch with healthy ingredients, or an extravagant frappucino.... Service has always been fast and polite for me at this location. Read more
Normally don't go to Starbucks but I went to pick up a few coffees for some friends and even though it was busy, the staff was... really friendly and helpful!! I will definitely be going back! Read more
