Worst. Visit. Ever. I would rate ZERO STARS is possible. Walked in - no one was in line. We stood there for 4-5 minutes, no one... has greeted us. Even the MANAGER that brought food out from the back TWICE did not speak to us either time as she walked pastus. I finally walked over to kitchen?s edge and asked if anyone was taking orders and mgr finally yells for someone to go upfront. Sadly, FIVE customers came in after us and ALL FIVE customers received their orders before us, which prompted me to go upfront and check on our order. When I made the inquiry on my order the gentleman turned around and walked to the back of thekitchen and pulled my food which was sitting in a bag on the BOTTOM shelf in the kitchen and handed the bag me? Even though thelabel on the bag said dine-in. Food was barely warm at this point. Needless to say, we asked for a refund and allowed them tokeep the cold food they thought was acceptable service. Whataburger usually nails it pretty good and they did this time except 1 wrong mustard and no napkins. Heading to football... game...eat on the go kind of evening lol. Traveling from WI had to stop at Whataburger of course. Great service! Food was so good. Some of my party got hamburgers which... they said was delicious. I got the spicy chicken sandwhich which was excellent! I get them everywhere I go and this is myfavorite. Read more
Again one the best places to get a burger. Fries are a bit lacking but spicy ketchup makes it all better. Could use a lesson... from Chic-Filet on drive through. Wife tried the breakfast burger, good stuff! Read more

Son loves whataburger. Stopped one evening. Went inside to order. Took 45 mins to get a burger meal and kids chicken. Stated the... ticket walked off the screen in the bk to make order.
