Worst. Visit. Ever. I would rate ZERO STARS is possible. Walked in - no one was in line. We stood there for 4-5 minutes, no one... has greeted us. Even the MANAGER that brought food out from the back TWICE did not speak to us either time as she walked pastus. I finally walked over to kitchen?s edge and asked if anyone was taking orders and mgr finally yells for someone to go upfront. Sadly, FIVE customers came in after us and ALL FIVE customers received their orders before us, which prompted me to go upfront and check on our order. When I made the inquiry on my order the gentleman turned around and walked to the back of thekitchen and pulled my food which was sitting in a bag on the BOTTOM shelf in the kitchen and handed the bag me? Even though thelabel on the bag said dine-in. Food was barely warm at this point. Needless to say, we asked for a refund and allowed them tokeep the cold food they thought was acceptable service. Whataburger usually nails it pretty good and they did this time except 1 wrong mustard and no napkins. Heading to football... game...eat on the go kind of evening lol. It was very busy...6pm and the staff did great keeping the flow going. Would I goagain...yes! But I'll check mustard before leaving parking lot lol. God bless us all Read more
Traveling from WI had to stop at Whataburger of course. Great service! Food was so good. Some of my party got hamburgers which... they said was delicious. I got the spicy chicken sandwhich which was excellent! I get them everywhere I go and this is myfavorite. Read more
Again one the best places to get a burger. Fries are a bit lacking but spicy ketchup makes it all better. Could use a lesson... from Chic-Filet on drive through. Wife tried the breakfast burger, good stuff! Read more
We stopped by on our way back home from the casino, prompt service, nice staff. We ordered the usual #1 , no onions and large... onion rings, and 1 double meat burger with mayonnaise. Our orders were made exactly how we ordered it! The food was freshtasting and hot!! Generous portion of onion rings. Well done whataburger! Keep doing what y'all are doing! Our food wasdelicious! Have eaten the honey BBQ chicken strip sandwich combo 2x in last week. Both times it was really good tenders just right not over... cooked. If you have not had the banana pudding shake go try one they are awesome!! Read more
We arrived and took our place in a VERY crowded 2 drive thru lanes. It was 10:15 pm and we actually had a minimal wait to order... compared to how crowded the lanes were. The girl came on the speaker and very politely took our 4 orders. She got all 4absolutely correct as well even with our "special requests". When it was our turn at the pay and pickup window she served uswith a smile and the demeanor of someone who was having the time of her life during their late night rush. I'm sure she wasgetting flustered but you'd have never known it. Our orders were hot, correct and each carefully bagged separately inside of thebig bag she had given us. Very impressed with this place and we were even commenting later in the evening about how refreshingthis young lady was with an attitude of positivity and how she just really came off as someone who was enjoying her job. Shemade us feel like she was enjoying serving us and that made quite an impression. I wish I had gotten her name so I could giveher proper thanks... Son loves whataburger. Stopped one evening. Went inside to order. Took 45 mins to get a burger meal and kids chicken. Stated the... ticket walked off the screen in the bk to make order. Was not crowded. Like 2 tables and 3 ppl waiting for to go order. Andmaybe like a total of 6 cars in drive thru. Read more
