my experience here as always was life changing. as soon as i walked inside i was instantly greeted with a warm welcoming and it... made me feel great to sit down and have some drinks with my very good friend. the environment was excellent and the staff wasvery nice. i noticed that every staff member would check up on all the guests frequently. i even overheard another customer talkabout how happy they were that the staff was very attentive. this bar louie staff and experience was a 10/10 like usual. troy isalso an excellent bartender and is very fun to talk to as well. if you wanna go out and have some great food and some greatdrinks and be treated like a VIP at all times this place is the way to go! I went here last night with a group of 5 and had the worst experience. We walked in...and no one came up to greet us and... someone just yelled across the restaurant that we could pick our seat. Two of us sat down while we waited for the other 3 peoplein our party to arrive. We ordered 2 appetizers to start off with. Our other 3 members walked in about `15 minutes after us andordered entrees. Over 30 min after we ordered our appetizers the server came over and said they were backed up in the kitchenand it would be another 30 min for all the food....we then asked if we could get some chips (since we were hungry) and he saidhe would check. 10 min later he came back and said that if he were to put a chip order in that it would just take the originalfood longer to come out. after waiting 1 hour at this point for our food we asked if we could just cancel the order since wehad to leave and he was like...well not if they started to work on it. We then asked for it to be packed up to go. Our friendswho ordered entrees 15 minutes after us got their food 15 min prior to us. I do not expect anything for free but the fact thata manager did not come over to check on us or do anything blew my mind. Horrible service. We did a to go order and it was one of the worst meals I have ever seen. The ?chicken fingers kids meal? is a handful of popcorn... chicken without fries. The grilled cheese was 1 slice of cheese with a ton of mayo or something like it and the ?tomato soup?was what is pictured below. I have never experienced a delivery order this bad before. This is a nice quiet spot for a weekday lunch - it doesn?t get super busy until Happy Hour starts. The atmosphere is a cross... between pub/sports bar. There are TVs visible from pretty much everywhere in case you don?t want to miss the game. It?s alarge space too with tables ranging from 4 person to large group options in addition to the bar seating. Food is pub grub withgood fish n chips (although the fish portion was a little on the small side). My son had the gastroburger which he pronouncedthe best burger he?s had in a while. Portion size was good, big enough he couldn?t finish the fries. They have an extensivearray of cocktails, wine and beer - but don?t look for frozen drinks, they can?t make those. Service was very fast andfriendly. Especially considering they are understaffed like many places these days. We snagged on street parking right infront, but there are large lots since it?s at the mall. Overall a very pleasant meal. Read more

I got the roasted veggie flatbread and discovered as I was eating my leftovers there were lemon slices in the pizza. Who puts... lemons in roasted veggie pizza? There was a booth with super ripped up seats. Not just a little tear. The rest was ok but Ifeel like Bar Louie has gone down hill in the past few years. Read more
