As usual a good menu, friendly staff and good food. Think they may a little short staffed these days. There was about s 10/15min... wait and the restaurant wasn’t very full. Our waiter could have been a little bit more attentive. Failed yo clear the table asthings were used and failed to bring things we needed. Advice: pass on the ahi tuna tacos. Good but to hard to eat, getsmessy. They improved the tuna tacos ???? Still a good choice when you aren’t sure what to get. Slipping a bit on the prep ofany steak/meat dish. Quality is dropping. Being a vegetarian, this is one of the most visited place for me . I have been going to BJ’s for almost 5 years now. I have... tried in Houston, San Diego and now in Virginia, None of them disappointed us. This location was also good and kept the BJ'sstandard. The server patiently took our order and served everything hot. I usually eat Artichoke dip , vegetarian pizza ( DeepDish ) , Brussels sprouts and of course theirs brewed beers which are awesome and must try. I usually like there Stouts beerwhich many won’t like them. But it’s my go to drink if I visit. And finally not to forget pizooki which is their must trydesert ???? Read more

Good service, good food and great desserts. The pizookies are the best. ???? Just a tip, don’t get in the same space as... someone else while using the revolving door. ???? Read more

I love BJs and have been to them all over but this location was BY FAR the worst location I’ve ever experienced. Beautiful and... convenient location but from here on out, I will drive the extra miles to the Vienna location which is on the polar oppositespectrum - being practically perfect every time I go. Our server seemed new and inexperienced but was very nice although hedisappeared for quite awhile and never refilled our drinks. The food was HORRIBLE. Four different meals and only one person’sfood wasn’t burnt or wrong, the person with the salad. The tri tips were good and cooked well but the chicken was over cooked, dry and flat out burnt, the fries were probably cooked in the same grease because they were also burnt - so much so you couldSMELL the burnt grease when our server sat the plate down. The pizza was decent but didn’t taste like typical BJs pizza, butmore like an off brand store pizza. Even the three pizookies were just ok and not the typical taste you’d expect from aBJs. Separately, one of the cooks (who may have been off the clock but should’ve removed her coat if she was) seemed to besocializing with a table near us - leaving us wondering if this was a contributing factor to our food having so manyissues. Personally, I cannot see myself visiting this location again. It was beyond underwhelming to the full degree ofdisappointing. Hopefully this was just an off day but after reading a few other reviews before posting this - it appears tounfortunately be the norm. Read more

We came in for a dinner after a long week, and this is by far one of the best experiences we've ever had at a BJ's. The waiter... Ryan was so personable and made fantastic recommendations ???? for food and drinks. The food was amazing and so fresh. Thedrinks were super tasty and exactly what we needed. And I was practically buzzing from the service alone. Absolutely will becoming back. Read more

Went on a Wednesday night and it wasn’t very crowded. I ordered the prime rib special and it took around 15 minutes for the... server to come back and tell me they were out. I ordered the ribeye rare and it came out well done. Service was horrible so Ihad to track down another server to get my bill. I won’t be back…. Read more

Great place for gluten free. They double down on the "no responsiblity" clause by saying gluten sensitive. They've got a ton of... options including sandwiches, pizzas, and desserts. Their featured desert has a gluten sensitive variant (cookie a lamode). Not recommended for ASD hypersensitivity folks. Not only is the location very active and highly sensory. But inside isloud open, with everyone making noise and able to look at what you're eating. Stay away if you have sensory sensitivity. Alsonote, its expensive for a lunch. they style themselves as upscale in the middle of family restaurant row Read more
