I go to this location maybe once or twice a year. I always enjoy the food, especially the fish tacos and the cod imperial. This... past visit was phenomenal with our server Jason. He was incredibly personable and probably the best server we have had. I camefor my husband's birthday and mentioned it in passing. We were delighted to receive a birthday card with a treat for a futurevisit and it was signed by members of the staff. AND my husband got a fantastic complimentary dessert. Blown away by theservice. We had a gift card so I didn't bother complaining. I picked a 'hand crafted cocktail' to start, but apparently it's just a... canned drink so don't bother. I also had the bone-in pork chop which was delicious until I got closer to the bone and the porkwas still pink. This is highly dangerous and could actually make someone sick. (Update-it did make me sick.) Needless to say, wewon't be returning. And to get an 'auto response' below and not a sincere apology...shameful. Just dropped another star. Read more
Wonderful meal. Great food preparation, friendly staff. My husband takes me there even though he is allergic to seafood and... fish. They prepare chops and steak as wonderfully as they do seafood. The staff greet us by name and wish us happy birthday oranniversary when we go. They help out by taking pictures for us. Read more
Griffin helped heighten the experience. He was an attentive host, with a great sense of humor. The food was delicious, and the... wait time to be seated without a reservation was pretty decent as well. The ambience was good as well. Someone had "HappyBirthday" sang to them, and it echoed very well throughout the dining area, granted the waiter's voice was wonderful. If youhave never been to a Bonefish Grill, I would suggest this location, as the experience ensured, that we will return for my dad'sbday. Read more
The best meal on my travels. Gave my sisters and I a fine oasis after picking one up at Dulles and travel out at a busy time of... say. We each ordered a different special of the day, along with a wonderful appetizer of "crab fries" to start us off! Yum! Yum!Yum!! The chef came out and checked us to see how we were enjoying the meal. Good food. Good service. The menu never really changes. Definitely not as crowded as it use to be. Good place to go for Sunday... brunch, never busy. Wondering if this location is coming to an end?! Called last minute for a party of ten on a Friday night and they were able to accommodate us, no problem. Sabrina was fantastic... at dealing with our rowdy group that included six little kids. Nick, the manager was also great. Just when you thought goodcustomer service was a lost cause, these guys really proved that it?s alive and well. We will definitely come here again. Read more
