Wasted 15 minutes and $20 I'll never get back. Undercooked fries, sloppy sandwiches. I don't even blame the workers though. The... barrage of rude posters tacked up everywhere from management directed at workers tells me everything I need to know about why myfood was awful. Fast food work sucks but I'd imagine it's especially awful here given the way these signs are written, plus whatI suspect is a pay rate far below worth tolerating such totalitarian behavior. I haven?t had a more worst disgusting bad experience at a Burger King until today on 9/4/2022 at 11:54am Order #13!! When we... pulled up in the drive through to order.. The servers were doing the best they can but their was the nastiest, rudest, most selfrighteous dictator with an ugly attitude ?Manger? named Karmran or whatever his name was giving us the customer and the youngemployees which were doing a great job ???????? a bad attitude with him telling us the system isn?t working for a free friescoupon wasn?t working and rushing us and the young kids there saying ?I?ll just throw the fries in there I don?t care? and ifyou come here and you don?t have ketchup, napkins, or ice in your drinks don?t blame the workers there, it?s the ?Manager? namedKamran because he is the one for all of these horrible bad experiences people have been having coming here!! I just came to this place to order some food for my husband and I and when we got to the window about to pay and get our food,... there was this men who claimed to be the manager he was very rude and disrespectful to the very young employees who were workingreally hard and doing a good job they actually looked scared and intimidated by this men who?s name is Kamran or something likethat, I had to ask for his name to report him because he has no right to treat people they way he is!!! TERRIBLE customer service. Kid at the counter had me swipe my card 15 times and the Manager Safaraz was rude and unhelpful when... my gift card failed to register instead of typing my card in manually. Told me to pay or leave instead of helping me with mygift card. Read more
My mom me and my siblings went to the Burger King. It had horrible service there we waited 20-30 mins for food then we called... they said that they through it away. When we Finley got it they had gotten the order wrong then we just left because we didn?twant to wait any longer. Read more

My partner and I went to the drive thru, and the person on the intercom system (I believe to be the manager) was very rude and... rushing us to order because "there is a line inside as well". Completely uncalled for. I have never had this horrible of anexperience in a drive thru or a fast food joint in general.
