Sorry to say but the coffee taste wired. It?s was the new pumpkin coffee. Coffee taste old kind of sour taste. Their customer... service is bad no one says anything no eye contact no nothing. It was the mobile order. They keep the in desk where it supposedto be on the small shelf side of register. While taking the cup she said nothing was busy with something. Having fun with otherfriend. New update: they are getting worse day by day. They make me drink did not fill it properly. I?m not saying they gonnafill it up to the end but seems like they have lot of space left. I always get donuts from dunkin donut at heritage and the younger employee was very sweet and helpfull , today i went there and... i saw the sign says BUY 6 GET 6 FREE so what u think when u see that sign ?! Exactly right! U get 6 FREE. One old man idk hisname or his title for the store whos the one ased my order. I bought 6 donuts and without explaination another employee justtook that sign in front of me while i said my order and NONE OF THEM explain anything while im asking isnt buy 6 get 6 free???They dont talk like MUTE. This Dunkin' is very clean and orderly, but it takes a long time to get your order. I walked in today to get a latte and it... took about 10 minutes with 4 employees behind the counter and 1 person in front of me. The employees were working at a relaxedpace. It took so long for the person in front of me to get their donuts and muffins, I was directed to place my order at theelectronic self-service machine. I waited a few minuntes more and got my latte. I wish I was able to speak with an employeeinstead of placing my order through their service machine as my drink came with whipped cream on top. I would have omitted thatif asked (I chose oatmilk for my latte/can't drink dairy). It took my fiancé across the street at bb.q Chicken about the sameamount of time to get 16 pieces of freshly made fried chicken as it did for me to get 1 drink. Read more

Looks to be run by younger staff. Line was beyond long and after waiting for mobile order, my coffee was to be prepared hot but... was prepared iced in error. Pulled ahead to wait, with window lowered a little to listen out- young lady didn't notice, and saidnothing, knocking on my window literally in my face. Coffee was lukewarm and so was food, in addition to burnt & skimpy portionof bacon ???? on my croissant sandwich. Read more

Gave this place another try after not going for over a year due to extremely slow service. Slow again this morning, and they... left out a sandwich that I paid for. The staff isn?t necessarily rude, but they?re not friendly, either. They were veryconfused, and couldn?t figure out if my order was mine. Not surprising that part of it was left out. This place is usually always great, the staff is always very sweet and helpful, even with the storm of chaos that is my four... children whenever we decide to go in. However, today this review will be more critically constructive. I went through thedrive through, I ordered 4 iced lattes, 4 omelet bites, and 3 donuts. I waited at the end of the driveway for the food, and anemployee came out with two of the omelet bites (not 4, and forgot the donuts), and I told her that I ordered 4 omelet bites andalso 3 donuts. So they got the order wrong, no big deal, but she then proceeded to go on and on correcting me in a demeaningway as if I don't understand basic math and then awkwardly stared at me for a few seconds before she finally decided to fix theproblem. She must be new as I've never seen her there before. The lady who took my order was a darling as usual, the lady whotook my payment - super sweet - but the new girl, dear Jesus. If Dunkin' accepts this type of attitude from their employees totheir customers, I can save the money and make organic homemade egg bites at home for cheaper. Granted, the girl didn't chargeme for fixing the order, but I would have rather not started off my day with such negativity. Read more

Its hard to give just two stars to donuts. The donuts are good. There are better donuts around but they work. The drinks are... good. The service is terrible. It seems every time I go there the service is slow or they mess something up. Read more
