As some have noticed I have been on a Shrimp Fajita kick. Well I have found the worst of the best. Let me explain?. I think... shrimp fajitas are your highest priced fajita. Besides combos of course. No one should have to pay over 20 dollars for shrimpfajitas. I just paid 25.95 for 6 shrimp and the normal fajita trimmings. While the overall experience was sub par, the shrimpwere decent. Homemade tortillas and a top tier guacamole. Overall I say save your fajita money for one of the other places Ihave posted about. Cleanliness was good and service was fast and nice. The photo was from right after church service, not verycrowded. Read more

Visited this restaurant for the first time based upon the recommendation of friends. We will be back! The food and service were... top notch. We were a group of four (4) adults. We each enjoyed a different entree and there were no leftovers! (forgot to takepictures) Luis was our server. He was attentive, without being smothering. We were celebrating a birthday and he helped addto the fun (he and the staff sang happy birthday)! Visit this restaurant - I'm sure you'll be glad you did! Read more

Best tex mex food I ever had. Salsa and the chips served as soon as me sat at the table were the best I ever had and they were... melting in our mouth. Food was awesome ???? definitely coming back again. Read more

Best Mexican food I've ever had the pleasure to eat. It was fresh, perfectly cooked & seasoned. They do not skimp on the meat... fillings. The service was flawless & fast even though the place was packed before the Jimmy Buffet concert. Jiffy Lube stadiumis just minutes away. I'll drive the 2 hrs just to dine here. Nice day trip. Steak and Chicken was horribly dry, the shrimp was over cooked and tough, and can black bean from a restaurant is shameful! Next... time season them to try to make them taste a bit authentic. The Tortilla chicken soup tasted like nothing more than chickenstock. The steak was sliced thin as is if they were preparing it for a sub sandwich. $76 worth of food (take-out) was thrown inthe trash. Our family could not tolerate eating it! The salsa sample was decent but the chips were super thin and very greasy,so we threw that away also. Carne Asada was the worse of all!!! The meat had a strange taste as if the meat was not fresh, andour teen son, apologized to us saying, he was so sorry but he couldn?t eat it. I tasted it to see why and didn?t even swallowit-disgusting! What shortcuts are they taking? Is it due to inflation or something else? The absolute worse meal we ever had!We will NEVER go there again! We ended up ordering pizza. At least that was good! Read more

This quaint Mexican Restaurant located in the heart of Gainesville is amazing! I love the freshly made salsa. It has the right... amount of lime, cilantro, onions and tomatoes. I really like how they give each person their own bowl to dip. The chips arefreshly made and have a light, salty taste to them. I would spend the money and get the large size of the margarita. It?s a $3savings. Definitely get the spicy jalapeño margarita. It has the right amount of kick to it. Service was amazing! Food comesout fast so ask them to hold off on bringing it so you can enjoy the margarita. I?ll definitely be back on a Taco Tuesday totry their tacos. ???? Read more
