Was just ok this last time. Ok food. Ok service. Ok restaurant atmosphere.

Food was ok. The chips were very stale. It has been years since I've had Moe's. I remember loving the chips and queso, so the... fact that the chips were stale was disappointing. A couple cam in behind us, and they asked if there was anymore chicken. Thelady said yeah, and scraped like 4 crusty pieces off the bottom. The couple said, oh you cant make anymore? And left because ofthis lady's attitude. Mostly my low stars is because the lady. I asked what the veggie option was and pointed to it in the menudisplay. She kind of huffed and acted like I was really putting her out. Walked away and came back with another guy. They actedlike it was such an obvious question. Said beans and tofu. They didn't even give me beans. Such an off-putting attitude. I won'tbe back mostly because of the rudeness. The guy helped me carry all our food to the table which was sweet. (I had a baby, atoddler, and 2 other young kids with me). So that was nice. Read more

Food was good but service was meh, workers didn't even try listening to what I had to say or just seemed like none of them could... hear at all. It felt confusing and trying to specify what I wanted was a bit more difficult than it needs to be. None of thetoppings have any labels too to let you know what they are so you're basically forced to specify and point what you want sohaving a worker that can't even hear what you're saying is annoying. I haven?t been to a Moe?s for a few years, so I?m not sure if they have changed overall or this is just a bad location (or just... an exceptionally bad visit), but my food was horrible. I ordered nachos and there was no queso included. None in the bowl, noneon the side. The chicken was spongey and there were a lot of pieces of what I assume were just fat, but it was disgusting tobite into. The chips were also stale. It was not worth eating. Read more

Not a good experience. We love Moe?s & were excited to find on traveling. It was a mess, literally, boxes all over, overflowing... trash and no beverages. Once we ordered & said for here we asked to add 3 fountain drinks, the girl shrugged and said we don?thave any drinks, except this & pointed to 1 juice box! Order a Ear Muffs burrito bowl and this is how it was delivered. Barley any meat all the toppings are at the bottom of the dish.... Somebody clearly was making a burrito and noticed i ordered a bowl and dumped it a container. This place needs to be shut downand the staff working around 5:00pm needs to be fired. Read more
