G?day Mate! You can?t go wrong with Outback Steakhouse located in Gainesville. My absolute favorite things to eat there are the... house salad with honey mustard dressing and the house bread. Ordered Steakhouse Salad delivery through Uber Eats along with a few other items. My Steakhouse Salad was missing the steak. I... tried to resolve through Uber Eats app, but all they did was credit me $5. The salad was $19 and I was missing the steak. I liveclose to the location and was hoping I could resolve the issue directly with the restaurant. When I called, the manager didn?teven speak with me. They just relayed to the person I was speaking with that there is nothing they could do and I had to resolvewith Uber Eats. Didn?t even offer to let me pick up the missing items from the restaurant or any type of credit for the issue.Unacceptable and horrible customer service. Read more
We had the best dining experienced. It started with a friendly smile by the host and we sat at the bar. We were promptly greeted... with our drinks already by where we usually seat. Andres and Mason know our order by heart. They are the best bartenders we haveever met. Charismatic, enthusiastic, and always with a great attitude. Colin our server was spectacular! Never intrusive but on point all evening. Omar was the chef on duty and everything we ordered... was hot fresh and exactly how we expected.
