Why they turn off online ordering at this branch? They say they "only" do it at lunch time but i tried at 11am and several other... occasions at dinner time and the same thing. Bring more people! making that line is insane! They need a new manager who bringsenough resources and turn on online ordering PERMANENTLY. Read more
Awesome location but staff fixes your plate as if you're 2 years old. Gee Whiz, stop being so stingy on portion... sizes:) Gainesville location much much better. You actually get food instead a spoon size portions. Read more
Saturday afternoon. Drove 20 minutes from home to purchase take out meal here. At the register, asked the person to confirm... everything was present and she confirmed yes. Meal was $60. Drove home 20 minutes and unpacked the bag to find an entreemissing. Food is now 50 minutes cold. Drove 20 minutes back back to the store and asked to speak with the manager. Told him Iwas missing an entree and he asked which one. Got a box, filled it and said ?here you go, have a good day.? No apology, nooffer to make it right, and barely made eye contact. I doubt if he will follow up. Sad really. Drove home with the missingentree. Food now 75 minutes cold. Thanks Panda Express Gainesville for a pathetic dining experience. Read more
Very stingy with the food and the food is very very dry. Need to add more sauce or something. They are probably still struggling... from opening up and that is why they are very stingy with the food and with the sauce. Nevertheless, we are still paying money.Wait time is ridiculously long due to them not having enough staff members with poor quality and service. Read more
I am a regular patron at Panda, at least 4 times a month. I just picked up my to go order and when I got home I got all onions... in my chow mein. There were hardly any noodles at all. VERY disappointed with this brand new location. Read more
brand new panda express location! very convenient for Gainesville and Haymarket area, no longer have to drive to Manassas.... Plenty of parking spaces and way less congested. Since it's newly built, everything is super clean and very modern. Largewindows for that open vibe and you can see into the open kitchen are as well. Food was delicious and your standard pandaexpress taste, which I personally enjoy. Food was also warm and fresh and quantity was plentiful. Staff were all very nice andwelcoming! Will definitely be revisiting over and over for the occasional panda craving! Read more
