People were nice and the food was good. However there was a sharp piece of plastic in my sandwich that I bit into. Looks like it... maybe came off of something they use to prepare the food. Food-wise, this Panera is as good as any other Panera. Service-wise, if you want an accurate order or an accurate price, you'd... better order at the kiosk, because the register staff at my most recent visit, though initially helpful, barely listened to myorder and applied the wrong promotion to my order ? in the process, wiping a free item reward from my account. If I return tothis cafe for anything more than the Sip Club drink (which I get myself), I certainly won't be going through theregisters. Edit: I contacted the Panera Customer Care about the problems I experienced, and they were very helpful in makingthings right, so I've bumped my review up from one star to four stars. I still recommend going through the kiosks rather thanthe registers, but yeah. Read more

I used to love this location but once they narrowed their selection of loaves of bread to purchase, and dropped rye bread... completely, it can no longer be called a bakery. It's really more of a quick restaurant than a bakery. Read more
One of the worst Panera restaurants out there! They always have supply issues, and don't offer the full menu, and bakery goods... like the rest of the chain. The food quality and customer service are terrible. Panera needs to shut this store down or improveit. Read more
I really enjoy Panera Bread but this location was a shining star! Clean and comfortable. We were greeted by a couple of workers... as we entered and made our way to order. The ordering happens on tablets (or in person if you want) and then your order is made,checked, bagged, and rechecked before being handed to you. I really like the second check of the order. It doesn't have tohappen but I'm glad it does. I also love ordering electronically inside a store. I think this should be used everywhere. Greatexperience here, will return. Read more
