The employees at this location are amazing, they create a very nice atmosphere :) I love their level of service. The store is... clean and they take pride on keeping engage and satisfice every customer. I see the effort they put every day ... yes, I come toget my coffee everyday and it is remarkable hoy consistent they are on been my favorite place to visit! They don?t serve orders as they come in. I just lost 30 minutes of my life that I want back waiting for a latte. Customers were... leaving without even taking their orders they were so upset. I was waiting in line to get a refund when they finally gave me mylatte. I practically had to yell for Splenda because they would just ignore me. Avoid at all costs. The coffee is delicious. The waitstaff are very friendly and helpful. I spilled my coffee as I picked it up from the counter... and they immediately offered to replace it and cleaned up the mess. Read more
I have nothing but bad experiences at this Starbucks. I have come to this one 3 times recently and each time they mess up my... drink. Just a standard Java Chip Frappuccino. I don't understand how something that looks like it is filled with chocolate syrupcan taste like water. I might as well have COVID with how flavorless all three of those drinks had been. Normally I would saysomething and request them to remake it, but I didn't feel like waiting ANOTHER 30 minutes for my drink. There were 8 employeesworking and all seemed to be making drinks for mobile orders instead of the people that ordered in store, which I understand,but I came in to order because I assumed it wasn't busy. It would be nice to know there are 25 drink orders that must beprepared ahead of mine. And my daughter just told me her drink wasn't good either. So make that two drinks I wasted time andmoney on.
