The best way to judge a business is how they react when a mistake is made. This Baskin-Robbins location passed with flying... colors. When I arrived to pick up my cake, it was not ready. It seems they forgot to make it. The person at the cash registertold me to pick out any cake. There wasn't what we ordered (it was a custom cake for a special occasion). He said not to worryand gave me a quart of the correct ice cream. He also took the cake back and added the custom message. This location is also aDunkin and he insisted (despite me trying to refuse) to give me a half dozen doughnuts . I wouldn't hesitate to come back(there have been no issues in the past) and you should give them a try as well. Just a bit of a warning--try to time your visitwhen Quince Orchard Highschool is not about to start or finish as the shopping center can get busy with cars and the locationfull of hungry high schoolers. Their formulas must have changed or something because my pint and my girlfriend's milkshake tasted disgusting. When we tried to... get a refund the server was extremely rude and was giving us a really hard time before ultimately giving the refund. We won't beback :/ Read more
The food and products are great, but the service is poor. I can bearly understand / hear the employee over the phone and he kept... cutting me off while I was trying to order. Plus, the store itself smells foul like a bathroom at the Darnestown location. Read more

Open early and have great coffee. Friendly staff too. Star off because in the afternoon the place is crawling with highschoolers... and the donuts are stale. Read more
Took ice cream home, was grainy ! Like it?s been sitting in the freezer for months! Ugh! Also this is suppose to be Vanilla... chocolate chips. Looks good but tastes old. Too tierd to go back out to return. The cashier wasn?t very friendly. I doubt shewould have helped had I returned it. Not worth it. Sorry! Read more
