Really enjoyed our meal - chicken parm and meatballs were very good. An area that needs improvement is the sequencing of... drinks, salads, and main meal. It took a long time to get our drink orders (nearly 40 minutes!). Basically our bottle of winearrived three minutes before the dinner. Our waiter was polite and checked on us many times. It is about time they stop calling themselves "family style" or revise their portions or the price. A lot of items on their menu... says that it is shareable or that the "small" can feed 2-3 people and is also priced accordingly. But whenever we order takeout, it is always a PERSONAL SIZE, which is grossly overpriced. It did not used to be like that, which is why we are superdisappointed, as we have started noticing this after the pandemic. I understand that a lot of restaurants are having a hard timerecovering, but this is outright stealing. I have paid $20-25 for their "family style" appetizers a couple of times now, whichturned out to be a personal size. SHAME. Read more

Best experience ever. Haven't been since I was young and man it's gotten real good. Staff is super amazing "Marcus" the manager... is awesome and server "Mounir" did an amazing job helping my girl and I out. I contacted the restaurant about a Togo order. I was left on hold for 30 minutes exactly. I took a screen shot of my call log... for future reference. I also have my bank card statement that shows my purchase. I met Donna outside when I arrived. I toldher what happened and showed her my call log. She said what would you like to order? I will take care of that for you. I alsowitnessed her give an Asian man a free pizza for bad service yet she made me pay half price for my 4 for $40. She only offeredhalf price after I said you said you would take care of this for me. I assumed that meant you would cover my bill. I wouldlike someone from corporate to address me directly and maybe audit this location. I had to drive 30 minutes to the restaurantto place my order. Unacceptable! What is the purpose of a Togo order of I’m going to be left on hold and never get to placemy order. I am so disappointed. This meal was for my friends birthday and I took it to her mothers house where friends andfamily gathered. We all brought something. A family style affair. It almost got ruined because of this situation but allended well. The young lady who is answering the phones for catering and Togo orders needs to ask for help if she can’t handlethe phones alone. Atmosphere is great! You’re able to reserve tables in different dining rooms. I highly recommend “The Kitchen Table”; it... gives the view of the chef and their team preparing the food that’s serve around the restaurant. Love this place a lot and mywonderful date loved it as well. The food is excellent for both big parties of people and a couple of two because they serve inlarge portions.
