I came in with my dad today around noon. We were seated without menus. Except the few people at the bar, we were the only people... in the restaurant. Nobody came to check on us , so, we decided to leave after 5 to 10 min. I can understand if they were in amiddle of a lunch rush, but we were the only dine in customers at the time. Read more
I've been coming here for a long time and generally have had no complaints, I would say it's normally 3 stars. It's a BWW chain,... and service is sometimes great and sometimes not so great. Not a big deal. Food has always been generally consistent. I'mfinally writing a review for them today because the pricing has just gotten outrageous. $8 for a large potato wedges, andtraditional wings are basically nearly $2 per piece... Wings have never been "cheap", and I know that prices are generally upeverywhere lately. But this is too ridiculous. Read more
I walked out. You can just walk in and tell no one cares. Walked in everyone in front area was not interested in who came in... door after 2 minutes walked to dinning area very empty place was told by a waiter go back to be seated. Went back Proceeded towatch front workers having conversations and ignored customers coming in door etc etc. This place sums up the who cares whateverattitude at many restaurants nowadays. Its the future and it is coming here faster and faster. I'm not going to pay top dollaror any dollar to watch people who don't care at all to do work. Eating out is becoming a costly waste of time. Service was very slow and wings were very overcooked/dry. Our waiter was very polite, but struggled to get all our food out to... us in a timely manner or at the same time. Appetizers were delivered to the table (6 pers)... but we had to ask for plates toput the apps on. Most of the food came out a while later... and we had to track our server down to ask for napkins andsilverware. One of our orders of fries did not come until we were almost done eating. Had to ask multiple times for our celeryand carrots. Salad was brought with the wrong dressing. Iced tea was missing the ice. LOL. Took quite a while to get ourcheck. The service was absolutely awful. I had to get my own silverware for the 5 of us. We ordered a substitution for the kids fries... that didn?t get communicated. We didn?t receive our ranch or wet naps/celery. The bathrooms were a complete mess with soapdispensers ripped off the wall and paper towels just sitting in water on the sink. The manager did assist in straighteningthings out by the end but everything leading up to this point has ruined it. I understand staffing is difficult right now butwhen the other people working here immediately know who our server is when I go ask for assistance and when the manager saysthat they?ve tried to reduce this particular servers table amount because they?ve had complaints then there?s a bigger problem. The Lemon Pepper Seasoning and Asian Zing are my favorite flavors so far. I appreciate the people who works there. However, the... last time we ordered, my husband asked for 10 boneless asian zing, 5 lemon pepper and 5 spicy garlic but when we came home, theygave us 15 spicy garlic and no asian zing. We were so sad. But the traditional wings here are the best! Read more
I got there at 7 pm on a Friday, I understand its a busy hour, but took me 50 mins to get an order of 15 wings and fries. Even... they took so long to get us our drinks. There are just 3 waiters for more than 30 people, even the manager was helping them.Worst service ever for such a good wings! Read more
