The service was friendly, and we got our food quickly. I got a very disappointing $13 burger. It somehow had gristle in it, and... the meat had that weird taste it gets when it's been microwaved. I can't imagine they would microwave a burger, but that's howit tasted. My daughter got the chicken tenders, which she loved. I tried a piece, and they were pretty good. I?ve ordered here twice am lol both times my order was messed up. I ordered a swat burger sub beyond burger and they got it... wrong both times. The fries were under cooked and frankly the burgers look and taste sloppy and ill prepared. I won?t beordering from here again. Definitely not worth the price. There are better options in the area. The burger was not cooked to order. The cost was 12.17 with tax and didn't have any good flavor. Given that Canyon Ranch and... True Foods is a black away, they are way better and of course $6 more, but I would argue worth it. Read more
The BurgerFi location at Rio is great overall! The restaurant is clean, decorated nicely, and has great soda machines. I ordered... a basic burger that I enjoyed but it was confusing because when you order multiple they don?t really label them. The staff likeHannah are kind and care about their job. My first experience with this restaurant is complicated. Got their Burgerfi Burger, which is listed at the top of the menu, and... feel it is the most popular item. Since the restaurant market itself for healthy eating, it sources beef with no additives, andthe price certainly is higher than other fast food restaurants, but the beef patties are thin like fast food restaurants, thusyou can not request how well the patties be cooked. While it addresses healthy eating, beers can be ordered along the side. The restaurant does not offer a combo to differentiate itself from fast food restaurants. If you get a burger, fries, and adrink, the price is about 3 times of a combo from a fast food restaurant. The burger tasted delicious. The fries were salty. Asrestaurant service, it is similar to Chicken-fil-A, the staff takes your order and then delivers the food to your table;however, when you pay for the food, the tip line pops up, another way to remind the guest that this is not a fast foodrestaurant.
