Poor customer service - recieved a fountain drink cup that was faulty. Didn't notice until I was down the road and by then my... cup holder was filled up with beverage. The faulty product I understand, it happens. I do find it inexcusable though that afterwasting my time and having to clean up after this they merely offer me a "sorry" to go along with a fresh cup to attempt to makeamends. Poor product - ordered a fajita burrito that was ~80% rice. Really disappointed. Ordered that with the drink and chipswhich came out to be $14.ish and was certainly not worth it. Due to the nature of burritos I just kept eating it hoping thatmaybe the wrap angle was off but nope... uniform rice-fest the whole way through. Also they were allowing a customer who wassitting outside eating to reenter the store without a mask on to refill his beverage multiple times. Will not be returning andwill not be recommending. If you're looking for a quick and healthy meal for the entire family, you'll enjoy coming here. They don't have a huge menu, but... you can customize anything on it. The food is fresh, the staff usually very friendly and helpful and they have a membership cardthat allows you to earn free offers towards your next order It got a little boring after our 3rd take out, but that's just me.And we still get take out regularly when it's been a long day and we want something fresh, healthy and filling. California Tortilla is a better choice when you thinking of burrito, they have fresh foods made to order with high quality... ingredients. That's the basic you expect, however, Paco, in this location, went beyond our expectations when our order preparedlate. He stopped by our table, brought coupons, free guac, chips and said he's sorry and felt bad several time. My family reallyenjoyed his respect and sense of responsibility. Read more
Very nice young lady took my order and provided a bit of small talk. She was delightful and funny. Food was good. Honestly much... better than I was expecting from a chain type quick lunch spot. I will stop again when work has me in the area. Read more
