First time at this location. Terrible service with only first person...I will post her photo tomorrow. She embarrassed me so... bad. I went to pick up dinner for an unfortunate friend that was hungry. She text me what she wanted. I tried to order notknowing all the choices....ordering to help someone else. The employee was so mean and hateful. I looked at her and left andsaid "You have a terrible aditude". I was so upset that the gentleman behind me even commented to her "what was that about?". Atleast there are still nice people that care!!!! I can't believe she even has a job. Everybody including her co-workers.....which ONLY hurt from her behavior where looking in disbelieve. Unfortunate and unbelievable ????. Will go back tomorrow andpost her photo. I am tired if being so generous and nice to get so disrespected. Read more
It's always just ok, I started having pollo asado burrito and for some reason they don't have in menu anymore, it was very... tasty, its my quick stop and I only eat it when on my way home. Read more
Wish I could give then a zero start. Staff were extremely rude and threw away our order right before we could pay. They wanted... to rush and not pay attention to what we were requesting to add to the bowl. Later on several of them continued laughing and themanager told us that they cannot do our order anymore. Please avoid this location if you can as the staff has no respect forcustomers. Read more
Pick-up shelf is just a decoration. If you plan on doing pick-up, you'll end up having to stand in line either way. May as well... just order at the store. On top of that, your order will probably be wrong anyways. Go to a different location. Read more
I love chipotle but the staff are incredibly rude. I've never had an experience like this before. It was busy but that doesn't... mean they need to be rude. The first person I encountered all but yelled at me. I misspoke on my order and when I tried tocorrect it they sassed me out and were visibly annoyed. I will go to chipotle again but never this one. I ordered the usual from UberEats. The driver delivered everything on time, but I was not impressed with a couple of the items.... I ordered a bowl for myself and burritos for my wife and daughter. I was ok to pay $2.00 extra for the steak, but the bowl wasnoticeably short on meat. Very disappointing, especially given the extra charge. My daughter also complained that her mix in herburrito was not great and that her burrito was spicey when she didn't add any ingredients that would add to that. Read more
You can never go wrong with chipotle. You build your bowl or burrito on demand. And it?s always good. This particular location... was boasting great service and was kept clean. Can?t complain. Read more
Consistently good food. Only rating low because of service. My company ordered catering and everything was packaged well and... food was correct and tasty but service was non-existent. Loaded my order in my car by myself. Not offered any help by any of thestaff while the restaurant was not busy. They did come out after i finished to collect their very small cart. We will order fromanother restaurant for future events. Read more
