I ordered two steak burritos. The steak was bland. The burrito was very soggy. I got a side of guacamole that was brown and... looked like it needed to be thrown away. Just because I order your food online doesn't mean to give me items that are close tothe expiration date. I feel a little sick after only having a couple of bites of the food. Waste of $30. I already filed the issue with Doordash, however this is Chipotle?s responsibility as well. I paid $11.50 for this Chicken... Quesadilla. It is automatically supposed to come packaged with Sour Cream and Tomato Salsa. These are not needed to be selectedas a side. It seems as if they cut corners in the correct packaging in order for them to believe it?ll help be a cleanerdelivery. $11.50 for this lousy Chicken Quesadilla without the correct ingredients is a rip off. Moving out of our house I made a big order of 9 to feed everyone. Being pregnant and the last person to get my food out of the... large box - I begin eating and the rice, which literally makes up the burritos and burrito bowl contents is hard and crunchy tothe point you can still see the white down the rice indicating it?s not cooked. I called to speak to the manager and explainedwhich order it was, she alnowlefged the large order and when I explained to her that they did not come the rice she responded?yes we are? and hung up the phone. This is the trashiest behavior, service and waste of money and I?m sure as a person shewould expect better service and response to lack thereof of the roles were reversed. I love Chipotle but this is one of the worst! The cashier knew the soda machine wasn't working and didn't mind charge for it.... Why do you sell something you know is not good??? I have been coming to this location for years, sometimes I order a quesadilla, all were correctly made flat like a pie, until... today. After ordering two quesadilla, the new employee folded the edges in and rolled it up once, just like a burrito. I saidI wanted a quesadilla to another worker, she said it was a quesadilla and that they had a new oven. Well, I don't want asmashed burrito with folded tortilla edges you claim is a quesadilla. It's made like a burrito. 99.99 % of every quesadilla onthe internet is flat so you can cut like a pie and add toppings as you go. The taste comes from the tortilla with sparselyspread meat and cheese, what you are making is more like a chicken sandwich melt. I just threw my hands up and walked out afterlosing my cool. After reading some reviews, I have also noticed this location is filthy, and yes, some ethnicities do get largespoonfuls of meat, where caucasians get the least amount of meat. I saw four customers in front of me once get heaping helpingsof meat, where I had to ask, "ya, can I get as much as you gave the person before me, please?", then the worker got mad andthrew in some extra meat, and it still wasn't as much...
