We purchased pizza tonight. It was the worse looking pizza I ever seen! If they think they can make two pizza's within 2... mixtures they can if it looked like ours. I couldn't tell the cheeses from the sauce! That is how bad it was!! Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only did they steal money from me they tried to justify it by saying my pizza cost 17... dollars. I ordered 7 pizzas and 16 wings , the total was a little over 75 dollars . However , they delivered 6 wings. I havenever paid 17 dollars for a pizza from dominos . Next they hung up the phone over and over when I was inquiring about whathappened and whether the mistake was on my behalf or theirs . I was taunted and told they have other customers to tend to and Ineed to either enjoy the 6 wings or bring the order back , even though we had it delivered. I asked for a name since he refusedto allow me to speak to a manager and he told me "George Waffles" not sure if thats accurate, but this was unacceptable anddisgusting behavior I dealt with . If only I could give this a 0 store review. I made an order at 6:27 and the estimated time was 23-33min. So I started checking... the tracker at 6:50 only to see that the delivery person was driving around the street from 6:53-7:18. Didn?t call me once. Thenit said delivered at 7:18. My order wasn?t at my house? I called the store 4x to no answer then on the 5 try the person whoanswered told me ?sometimes when you order on the app it takes longer? so I told him I ordered online and to look up my order.He repeated the same thing then eventually looked up my order & said he couldn?t find it. So I asked for a refund & he got hismanager who then told me the order was delivered and that they had called me which is false I had zero communication. He thenbacktracked & said the delivery person just arrived which was also false. What a terrible experience since they made it seem itwas my fault the order was missing. Order with caution. Read more
DAGNABIT ! I brought a Domino's Pizza home tonite ( Large pizza, FOUR toppings = $12.71) and thought I was going to Feast - HEY... DOMINO's ! - When I ordered X-tra cheese, Green Peppers, Onions, and Bacon, I expected toppings to be put ON THE WHOLE PIZZA -Not just a couple of slices. And... Not enough Tomato sauce and cheese - Too much uncovered dough along the edges- WAY TOOMUCH CRUST. Was like eating a Pita. Check the photo. Clearly, the Business Plan is to cut back on sauce and toppings to makepizzas cheaply. So ,what did we learn today? I guess I'm stuck with having to buy my pizza from Domino's. Disgusting customer service. Placed a delivery order on 7/22 at 7PM. Delivery estimated at 7:30. Perfect. 7:30 rolls around so I... check the app. My order hadnt been picked up yet. Finally the order is picked up and after 20min of waiting for delivery wefinally decide to call. During the call my order was finally delivered, cold, at 8PM. No refund. No help. The lady on the linehung up the second she heard it had been delivered. Didn?t wait to hear that it was cold. Didn?t care that it was 30min past thedesignated time. Ridiculous. Read more
Poor customer service! No greeting, no thank you. I ordered two large pizzas I come in and The rep doesn?t even show me the... pizza just my name. I had to ask him to open the box. He had box tilted over I had ask him to tilt it up. I had to ask fornapkins and plates. He was really not concerned at all. Pizza luke warm! Not a great experience. If I could give zero stars Iwould. This place is an absolute joke . I ordered a pizza over an hour ago and I didn't get it. I was told delivery left over half an... hour ago (to get to a location about 10 minutes away) and I got nothing. No phone call, no text, no nothing. I try to call thestore to get some answers and they just avoid my questions and even have the nerve to hang up on me mid sentence. This is theworst service I have ever had. My husband ordered a pizza, and the driver wouldn?t arrive. He parked his car somewhere 4 minutes away from our house and sat... there for 1 hour. After waiting for a long time, we decided to call the store to ask for help. We got transferred to the storemanager who poorly knows how to manage anything. He put us on hold and then disconnected the call. I tried calling back multipletimes and got no answer. I then decided to call using a different phone number and he promptly answered the phone. After findingout it was me again, he hung up on me. After several attempts, I was able to speak with an employee who then said she couldn?tdo anything for me. We were simply asking for our food to arrive or then to get our money back and she said ?sorry, there isnothing I can do?. Eventually the driver called us and he told us many different conflicting stories which did not make anysense. Our pizza finally arrived cold 2 hours later. For all the inconvenience we went through, the minimum we should have isour money back or a new pizza but we got nothing. This store has the worst customer service I have ever seen! We will be makinga big complaint about the manager?s unprofessional behavior to the central Domino?s. Hanging up and deliberately not picking upthe call from a customer that is only looking for help is NOT okay! This guy should get fired. Read more
