Service was slow... maybe because of the weekend morning rush?
This is my most visited DD location. They are courteous and serves pretty fast. It?s easy to find parking, too.
The Owner/Manager took my order and did not get what I asked, not very happy and most likely will not go to this location. The... employees are not at fault and I should have looked to see if what I ordered was correct. Read more

Selling large ice must be a good business. I got a large cold brew today and there was too much ice in it that straw did not... move. After i finished my drink 3 qts of the cup was full of ice. I got a large drink for a reason. Imagine buying a small colddrink there, you can taste the drink if you are lucky and use the ice for the rest of the week ???? Read more

The drinks are good, but the service is a bit slow. I had to wait a good amount of time for 2 bacon, egg, and cheese croissants.... It is a new establishment and the employees are getting used to it, but they are nice and very polite. Read more
Todays staff experience wasn?t well, we (me and a couple of others) came in after making a order through the app, in the app we... had trouble finding a order number and asked if they had made are order but instead they proceeded to tell us to find the ordernumber. Then we decided after waiting a while to ask again if they had our order. The manager approached us and told us again tocheck for the order number, claiming they didn?t have our order. So then that left us no choice but to leave essentially givingfree money without a discount or store credit. This time around 11:20 to 12:00pm was when this event occurred. Read more
