We ordered the Brunch Box for pickup. It was ready on time and the family enjoyed every bite!
There is a great selection of Bagels to choose from and cream cheese flavors too. And a nice lunch menu. At this point, indoor... dining is not available. One can order and take it to go. Whether through the app ahead of time or in person. Read more
Bad customer service. First of all we had to wait a long time to get our orders. There were 3 employees and I don't know what 2... of them were doing while the other one got the costumer orders and made the bagels. They also forgot to make our coffees andonce they finally were made they got them wrong. They handed over the hot coffees and didn't have any hand covers to carry themleft. They did not apologize nor seem to care. I was excited to go there this weekend because usually I have a betterexperience, but I don't think I'll come back to this location. Read more
If I can give the place a zero star i would. I waited for 20 minutes and then the manager came up and ask what I ordered. She... then say oh they ran out of the item. I asked them why they didn't tell me when I ordered and she said oh there were too anypeople there (which was not true). She tried to blame me for my wait when I was getting agitated she pulled oh why are yougetting upset at us.... asked for my refund and left. The young man who helped me was kind but the manager or whoever she was isawful. Never stepping into this place again. Read more

2 stars because sandwiches were good, but the customer service was truly lacking. Before my receipt could even print out, the... girl at the register was back on her cellphone. No attempt to even hide it. The ceilings look like they have black mold growingon them. One of the menu panels was falling off the wall. They nearly forgot my macchiato as well.
