Have been going to this buffet for several years and have enjoyed the food as it is a all-you-can eat restaurant. Quite a few... selections for fruits, salads, seafood, beef and chicken, prepared main different ways. Desserts include baked goods, ice creamand simple dishes for the kids. Everyone seems to be responsible and quiet during their visit to the buffet. Even ateThanksgiving here, had turkey but none of the American side dishes. Read more

I've been here twice already. By far today has been the worst day to come here with my family. The staff so far are nice and... attentive. Food wise, they have a variety depending on the day. The food is cold, the drinks specially sprite takes like sewage. You have to pay at entrance and they can't even serve hot meals and good drinks. The first time was a bit better with the food, but the same with the drinks. I wouldn't come back unless they take customer satisfaction seriously and make some changes. Read more

If anyone took the time to notice how much food was being left on the plates of the patrons, they would note that the food was... not good. They're was an incredibly large pan of discarded food in the bus cart. The majority of the food was overcooked and nothot. Lot of food was tasteless. There were no gloves any if the 8+ buffet tables Kimshi had no flavor and no heat. All thedifferent shrimps were impossible to peel because overcooked. Ice cream was not cold, came out a drippy mess. 4 large containersof unidentified soup, so no one got any. Got tea looked like dirty dish water. Weak. Seats, walls, and napkin holders were alldirty. Sinks in back of room were all cracked. Where is the health dept ?? Plenty of parking and seated quickly. Read more

It is rare for me to find nothing good to say about a buffet restaurant. Normally, they have at least a few items that are hot,... well-prepared, and made from quality ingredients. Sadly, EVERYTHING I saw and tried at Hibachi Sushi Supreme Buffet wasterrible. Don't let the pictures of the clean dining room and bountiful heaps of colorful food fool you. Indeed, the cleandining room is about the best thing here. As for the buffet...oh, where should I start?? BTW - I'm attaching some picturesthat show what I encountered. I apologize if some of them are a bit gross, but I literally needed to spit some of this foodout. First, I paid $22 for the dinner buffet and a drink. The lady at the counter up-sold me another $5 from the advertised$12.99 lunch buffet. I realized afterwards that the $2.99 drink was really for nothing more than soda or tea. There wassupposed to be a lot of really nice seafood and meat. Instead, there really wasn't much of any of that. None of the exoticfish or shellfish were present. Also, I got the impression that everyone around me paid the regular $12.99 and was eatingwhatever they wanted. (I asked the host how it worked and gave me this clueless answer. It was obvious that nobody wasenforcing the lunch/dinner options.) So, from the start the extra $8 I spent was for nothing. Secondly, if you like your foodhot, this isn't the place for you. By this, I don't mean spicy...I mean not cold! I tried about 15 hot foods there. They allranged from lukewarm to cold. I think the heaters in the soup kettles burned out. They seem to like to heap piles of stuffonto the buffet tables, but the heat lamps and steam bases don't seem to keep anything hot. The worst thing was were all of thebreaded, sauced Chinese entrees. I found myself chewing through congealed, tough, soggy breading into tepid or cold meat. Eventhe rice from the steamer wasn't hot! The wings, chicken skewers, and dumplings were cold, chewy, and greasy. Thirdly Read more

Nice little buffet in town, great for a craving, but doesn't hit the spot with the selection. There is still too many mixed... items catering to the western palette. I go to a chinese buffet to eat Chinese food, if I wanted American, I go to GoldenCoral, etc. But there is few selections of Chinese items and mostly fried foods and finger food. The service was fine and itwas about $45 including the tip for two, no drinks, but water. The sushi was good at least, but may be a one time fair for medue to the lack of items am interested in. Overall, nice place if you like this style Chinese buffet. Read more

I went to Hibachi 3 times during the last month. The food and service varied each time. The first time I went there with a... friend who is familiar with this buffet restaurant, from top to the bottom. He recommended the eggplants with soy sauce, friedfish filet, mapo tofu, and sautéed steak. The food was delicious! It was much better than a plated restaurant. And the servicewas wonderful. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. They kept asking if the food was ok to us, refilling the tea andremoving the used plates. I was so satisfied and brought my family there a week later. However, the experience was terriblethis time. The fried fish filet tasted like leftover, cold, very chewy (suppose yo be crispy) and stiff. The tofu tasted funny,or say, not fresh. The steak was not steak for sure, it tasted like brisket. My husband had diarrhea right after getting backhome. And the service, actually, no service! The waitress just stood together and chatted happily. They didn’t refill the tea. When a waitress came to take the used plates, she had already had 4 or 5 dirty plates wiggling on her arm. I was afraid that theplates might be dropped onto my table. The third time was a big carry out order. Each dish was in a big tray. They tasted good. And the the quantitation was large. Read more
