Do NOT recommend! The food was clearly frozen, no requests or substitutions were understood (the server was nice, but there was... a communication barrier), drinks were flat/poorly mixed (coke) or strange-tasting (tea), and somehow everything tasted likeoff-brand Asian? This is clearly an alcohol-focused place with a microwave in the kitchen as chef. False advertising because thepictures do not match what is served. **Please see my picture attached.** First of all, this is the most disgusting and unhygienic thing I?ve ever seen in my entire... life. This is NOT okay. I thought it was a cup of pee. Why would I want to put my hands inside a cup of soap that everyoneelse who uses the restroom is putting their hands in. You?re telling me that this restaurant can?t afford to buy a hand soapfrom the store for their customers? Just not okay. And now for the real reason they?re getting a one star: my grandmother?sbirthday party was in one of the ?VIP? rooms of the restaurant. We had the reservation PAID until 9:30pm. When you think of aVIP venue, you think for you and your guests only. We still had 40 minutes of our reservation remaining when the hostess satother people in the room we had reserved for our family only. In my opinion, if you?re going to charge for a VIP experience, theleast you could do is allow your guests to fully enjoy the room they are paying for and not feel rushed to leave out. Themanager was highly unprofessional and lacked any sort of customer service skills. She basically called my uncle a liar when webrought it up to her attention that our reservation was set until 9:30. I recommend for future events, as an establishment,asking your customers to sign a written agreement. The manager whose name I believe was Elizabeth, ended up removing the chargefor the room from our bill which I appreciate. However, my family and I will not be returning to this restaurant. My grandma?sbirthday party was supposed to be an intimate family moment and making us feel rushed by bringing people into the room we werepaying for was not the way to go about this. Read more

Great atmosphere and food except the GUACAMOLE. If you want 90% onions in your guacamole then this is the place to go.... Otherwise, great service. My mom?s single beef enchilada was like 40% white fat slices. Gross. Loved the singer who performedfor everyone! He gave out flowers and hugs!! Loved the rest of the food here. Server got our drinks wrong and split the checkwrong, but they have great drink prices. The restaurant needs to step their game up though if they don?t want to become anothertemporary restaurant here. Only onions as a garnish?? It should be tomatoes or something cold and refreshing not onions. What?sup with the onion overload??? Love you guys but I want you to last so please enhance the menu items!! I was extremely impressed by this restaurant! The food was great, the service was attentive but not overbearing! The decor was... nice and there are TVs but they do not take away from the experience. The Bar area is large with a great selection of beverages! I?m definitely coming back to eat in their large outdoor patio!!! Read more
My Experience at this place was great and exceeded my expectations the service was absolutely amazing and I couldn?t ask for... more. I did a party here and the servers caried out everything beautifully absolutely perfect, I will be making morereservations for party?s here and I recommend 100/10 and thank you for the absolutely amazing food my favorite is the shrimpsbrochete and The star plate my mouth is watering just thinking about them love everything about La villa.
