Hash browns were a little over done. Bacon, egg and cheese biscuit was just right.
Forgets to put my sauce in the bag half the time. I keep sauce at my office now because you can?t depend on them. They also... don?t honor the 2 for offer for their McDoubles. You have to remind them. Read more
The food is rarely good and they WILL forget half your order on a regular basis.
Upper management or owner was there. I ordered food and left came back about 15 min later to refill my cup the guy was very rude... in saying I can?t bring a cup back in to refill. I asked why and he didn?t give an explanation. I would understand if herespectfully gave me a reason why a paying customer that was just there couldn?t get a refill that is free. TRIED TO PULL A BAIT AND SWITCH ON A CONFIRMED APP DEAL FOR A FREE SMALL MCFLURRY AND CHARGE ME $4+ EXTRA ON TOP OF MY MEAL OR... BE DENIED SERVICE UNLESS I PAID UP IN FULL FOR THEIR SCAM. I pulled into the drive thru and ordered two for $3.50 mcdoublesfull price, then I used my APP coupon code # exactly as directed to confirm this additional FREE small mcflurry camp McDonaldscoupon/deal with $1 min purchase. I read the five digit code exactly.as prompted to get this deal activated for my order. Ifollowed the instructions to a T. From the app and McDonald's website. Camp McDonalds "Wed. 7/13 Deal: Free McFlurry® with $1minimum purchase*" There was no tally or display of exactly what is being ordered for what price like at most McDonald's drivethrus LCD menu so when I thought I heard the total as $3.50+ taxes not $8.75+ there was no way. Perhaps the total would bedifferent once the QR code below the confirmation number was scanned or the coupon fully confirmed?(if so why did I even readthe five digit confirmation #?) When I got to the window the total order was $8.75+ NOT $3.50+ taxes and the small mcflurry Ihad a coupon for FREE was now $4+ extra. The lady working the drive thru window immediately tells me there is no way to modifythe order so I have to either pay for it all including their overpriced bait and switch mcflurry no substitution for their baitand switch. The way she conducted herself made me think that these deals are often denied at the payment window or changed inthe owners favor to charge people extra, and this is thusly reflected by their poor reviews where multiple people ran into thisSAME issue at this franchise. The lady at the window said there was no option to just pay for the 2x for $3.50 burgers and skipthe small mcflurry bait and switch...... or just drive off with no food, no deletion of their scam small mcflurry so the foodwill now just.end up in the bin and another dissatisfied customer???! The food's good but the service was extremely questionable. I used a McDonald's App coupon that I know registered since my name... was on the receipt, but the worker made the coupon items separate from the coupon so I had to pay full price for them and itseemed like the coupon didn't count. Aside from that, I repeated my order multiple times to which the worker confirmed, but theystill put the order down wrong. I repeated since I saw that the order was wrong but I now realize that she never changed it evenafter saying, "Yeah." Overall, it made me extremely disappointed but I didn't really want to complain and make the worker'slives harder. Although that is, I've been looking forward to this meal and I just couldn't help but leave a review. Keep inmind that I've been to this establishment before and this was the first time the trip went so wrong. I chose to not give thestaff's name but I hope that if I ever revisit this McDonald's, the trip will go more smoothly. Read more
