Went through the drive through, but then parked to eat. They had forgotten the creamer for my coffee so I had to go in anyway to... get it. Then, after we started driving my husband and I started to drink our (decaf) coffees and they were both cold. Wecouldn't even drink them. Had to stop at the next Starbucks off the highway to get new coffees. Read more
Ordered two breakfast meals with coffee. Asked for creamers for the coffee but were not included, so we had to go back and get... them. The drive thru attendent just handed us coffees without telling us which was decaf and which regular. Worst part was thatthe decaf coffees were less than lukewarm. Very disappointed in this visit. The manager is rude, tried asking for fresh fries and iced tea her response was they are fresh with a frown. Will not ever go... back, she refused to trade my very warm fries at the register and get me tea from the back due to the time being 12am and itsnow 7pm on the label on the tea containerin the front. I hadn't eaten all day and was in a moving truck, my fish was over cookedsmaller than usual and cheese not melted all for $12.00, oh had ordered a frie for my daughter as well. For what it is, this is solid. Yes it's junk food, but the place is quick, clean, and courteous. Whether you go in or do the... drive though, you get solid service and the "expected" food. At the end of the day I love their food, so this is exactly what Iwant! Don't be rude to fast food workers, if you can't cook for whatever reason, respect those who actually do a good job! Read more
