It took almost 15 minutes to get a Big Breakfast for eat-in - with no one in line in front of me! When it finally arrived, there... was no silverware and no napkins in the carry out bag they handed me. As I was explaining what I needed (for the 5th time!) tosomeone who obviously did not speak English and kept just pantomiming cleaning the table, the two year old I was with dumped herentire breakfast on the floor. Based only on drive-thru experiences. Drive-thru line can only take 4 cars before spilling out into the road. Often see it... backed up causing problems with traffic. Don't see the tv advertised specials on the menu board. Read more

I came here yesterday afternoon(1/3/22) and ordered a chicken nugget happy meal with apple juice box. I asked for a small cup... with lid (my toddler will squeeze all the juice out the box). The lady gives me a small cup no lid, I ask again for the lid andshe gives me a lid that doesn?t fit the small cup she gave me. she refused to give a cup that had a lid to match. I alsoordered a large drink and didn?t get straws for me or my baby. Spent 10 dollars and couldn?t even enjoy our lunch because theydidn?t give us the proper utensils. Never again. Read more

They definitely deserve 0 stars. Customer service is a joke. Twice I have ordered and they claim to not find the order didn?t... bother looking at my email or app receipt or even the fact that I literally got charged. They lied and told me to take it upwith mobile customer service. When I called mobile customer service they told me that was false and any money refunds should behandled at the location upon seeing my receipt of my mobile order. The manager is rude and acted annoyed by even having to walkover. The staff who was handling the order except for one was very rude and condescending and made me drive back around againafter I said I paid and checked in with the first window. My son is Autistic and having to drive away without what he gets everytime to come back and still have the problem unresolved triggered him. I ended up paying again just to ease my son.
