I have order from this location numerous of occasions. They have messed up my order before. But if it occurs they make it right.... So I give them 5 stars because.. in todays world people are not accountable. Yet we have a family store that is. We are notperfect in life, but is we are accountable, and make corrections. WORST PAPA JOHNS EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! This store has the worst customer service possible!! Ordered a pizza and they messed up my... order!!!! I called to let them know and the young girl hung up on me. I called back and got automated machine bc they wereclosed. The girl had all my info up so she could of clearly called back. So the next day, I called 11 times trying to reach amanager, another different young girl answered and kept putting me on hold and then would hang up on me, with one of those timesthe girl laughing then hanging up on me. 3 of those phone calls I was on hold for over 15 minutes without anyone ever clickingover to talk to me. I have a 1star rating only because there was no option for a 0. Do NOT order from here, the girls areunprofessional and think everything is a joke and the PIZZA TASTES HORRIBLE!!!! Not sure how this location is still open! Let's start by saying that nobody wears a mask...not the person making the pizza not... even the manager. Waited 90 minutes for cheese sticks only to finally get the box full of grease! So bad that it messed up theinterior of the car. By then nobody wanted to eat it but still opened the box to see why it was so oily and it wasn't evencooked! Nasty! Corporate will be getting many calls from angry customers. Do not go here!! They barely put any cheese on few of the slices. It was very lacking. Not the first time Papa John messed up on my order. Papa... John what is wrong with your cookers? App was not working correctly so I went in to place my order. The price was twice what the app was charging. I explained the... issue I was having and all I got was a sorry. No help with the app and they would not change the price for ordering at thecounter. Terrible customer service. Read more
