It's okay. Inside is functional...Employees are okay. The takeout food bag is a bit dubious though the sandwich is wrapped... well. The customer experience was actually really good. I walked in there around midnight and I ordered a premium cheesesteak. It was... aiiight, I anticipated a much more gangster sub. Nothing to brag about. I probably would NOT get a cheesesteak from them again,but I would give it another chance and grab a pie next time. Read more

There's always a bunch of little mistakes at this Boli's but this last time got to me. I waited 1 hour for a pick up order,... Large Pizza and Breadsticks, only for it to be messed up. They didn't apologize for the wait and when I got home and called tocomplain about the mistake they wanted me to come back in and waste more time. I refused so they wanted picture proof beforedoing anything (annoying but sure I guess). Afterwards they tried to say the picture shows I got the right order and that itdidn't take long, I had just left. I was sitting there on my phone since I got there! In the end they wouldn't even refund mycard, they just gave me credit for another order. I worked in food service for years so I get mistakes happen. The food here is absolutely terrible, the salad contained nothing but lettuce and one pepper. The pizza was also just awful and... so was the lasagna. Do not order from this sorry excuse for a restaurant if you want to enjoy what you're eatting! Literally theworst pizza place I have ever seen! Read more
Good Cheesesteak. I didn't make any special request other than added mayo. I will order from here again. The fries were great,... nice and crispy. I'd like to add that the plain cheesesteak is big and you probably can't eat it alone and also that people inthis area are very cruel with their reviews, they need to realize 1 star is not the only option available and that they areaffecting a small businesses livelihood. Really good pizza, and pretty ok service. I ordered from here for the first time last Friday. I ordered online then called the... store to confirm my order was made correctly. 30 mins later, I go to the store to pick up my food. Everything wad done except myPizza Fries. So I wait 5-7mins for the fries. I get my food & leave. Now I get home and my Pizza Fries are not Pizza Fries....there cheesy bacon fries... not what I ordered and waited extra time for at all. I call the store tell them, was put on Hold for10 mins, then they apologized and offered to correct the order and have it delivered. WONDERFUL! Right? Well I give them myaddress, the girl tells me it'll be over in 15-20 mins... An Hour and 30 mins Go by, Never received my Pizza Fries. I call thestore again, she tells me they lost the receipt with my address on it. So they take my address again and I said I'll be rightover. I wait another 40 minutes before I finally receive my pizza fries. And then FINALLY the fries were delivered at like 9:40pm. Mind you this all Started at 7pm. This Location has the rudest most unprofessional disrespectful employees I have ever experience. First they don?t know anything... about customer service. Then when you ask to speak to the manager they play games like the manager isn?t in the building andthere is always supposed to be one on the premises . The fckn WORST!!! Read more
