To hot today to have to sit in this restaurant with no A/C! We were told it has been out for a week. Food overpriced, but ok.... Tables were not clean, they were sticky. Mens bathroom out of order, womens bathroom now unisex, no soap, no paper towels,filthy! When I turned on the light, several live COCKROACHES running around; few dead ones. Floor filthy. Health Dept needs toassess and close til they clean up this restaurant. Read more
Poke is the best food to ever grace this planet and this establishment is no exception. If it weren't ~$15 to eat here, I'd go a... lot more often. Every bite is sheer joy. The flavors are exquisite. I will say, that Poki DC locations in general have beenskimping a bit on the raw fish as of late. The portion sizes are about half of what they once were. Aside from that,magnificent. Read more
I love this place. Chipotle-style sushi bowls is really the best way to describe it to someone who has never had poke before.... You walk down an aisle telling them what food to add and that's your meal. The only annoying thing is finding a place to park atRio. Read more
Ok, update: from 2 to 1 star. Zero if it were an option. Shame on me, I gave them another chance, planning my entire night on... the assumption that they would honor their posted hours. Nope! Arrived at 7:52 and they were already closed, even though thesign on the door showed clearly an 8:30 closing?on a SATURDAY NIGHT. Ended up ordering Uber Eats from Okey Poki. Never, everagain. This place doesn?t value their customers, and runs like a food truck, not a brick and mortar shop. I won?t blink an eyethe day they go out of business. **************+ I used to LOVE this place?ate there 3+ times/week. Now, their portions don?tfill up the bowl, and forget about the mango cake. If you go in person, you sometimes get a better experience, but don?t orderahead, or this is what you?ll get. See for yourselves in pictures attached. That tiny sliver of cake was $3.50, and the twoprotein bowl was $13.50?ridiculous. I ordered through Uber the other night and was so disappointed in the quality of food, specifically beef (still not sure it was... beef). The restaurant was nice, the guy that answered offered to replace it but I wasn't able to get there. I really couldn'tbelieve what they sent was beef, I ordered the beef bowl, because it was disgusting and didn't resemble anything I've everseen. He suggested I send a picture though and I expected someone to reply. I spoke to the manager the next day and he was nicebut wasn't able to look at what I received to tell me what it was. Either it was something else or the standards there are solow to allow something to go out so awful. Beware if you order beef I decided to edit the review and give it 5 stars. Thereason is because I ended up trying the grilled salmon bowl and really loved it. All the veggies were fresh and crisp and Ilove the choices they offer. Great location, fairly priced, fresh ingredients, great flavor! I was really impressed with this place. If you love it as much... as I do, you can join their loyalty program and earn some freebies. Since this location opened recently, they also have somefree ice cream if you check in on fb/yelp. Restaurant itself is not particularly big, very casual or on the go but looksspotless. Read more

This place is amazing to get Poke in this area. Very good dishes and fair pricing. Only issue is the last two times I?ve... ordered from here, my order was wrong. Ordered salmon and got tuna once. And ordered kale and cilantro and got edamame beans andpickled onions. Read more
