Eating take out can be extremely expensive nowadays but at least the food was fresh and delicious today. Along with great... customer service and a clean comfortable atmosphere. 3.5 stars. Menu set up similar to Chipotle. You can get about 5 or 6 pre selected items or make your own. Bowl, burrito, taco... etc then pick a protein chicken steak pork then rice beans cheese guacamole etc. I enjoyed my chicken bowl. Quick service. Read more

I placed an online order for pickup. My husband went to the location around 6:30pm to pick up the food. He asked for our order... and at first they said they didn't have any orders with the order number even after my husband showed her the orderconfirmation. Then they said the order had been picked up. He told them he hadn't picked it up and requested a new order made ora refund. The cashier called the manager on the phone and I spoke with her. I asked for a remake of refund since my food wasgone. She yelled and accused him of picking up the order and trying to get a new meal for free. She told me she won't allow thestaff to remake my order or refund my money. She then hung up on him. As he was still talking to the cashier a customer came inwith a bag of food that was delivered by door dash. He told the cashier that the food was not what his wife ordered and the nameon the bag is Valerie Blake. door dash delivered the wrong food. He said his wife's name is Valerie Smith. My husband then askedthe man to see the order and it was ours. The cashier never apologized to my husband for falsely accusing him of picking up theorder. The manager that hung up on him never apologized for her behavior and disrespect. We will NEVER order from this racistlocation again! There are plenty of places that won't DISRESPECT and DISCRIMINATE against us. The other customer told me Ishould report the manager to corporate because that is unacceptable. Read more

The nicest staff, only thing was the food wasn't full it was getting replenished but took some time to fill and they weren't... being filled with enough for the amount of people in line. So my bowl had cold meat and most other topping were warm or hot. Read more

Tacos are mediocre at best. And you will get like 3 small pieces of meat per taco. Every. Single. Time. Customer service is poor... and and after several visits, now is the time to share my honest review. Try ToraTaco or Taco bar for your taco cravings. Read more

The food is pretty good, can't lie about that. The service - it's legit bad. The sad part is you have a mix of hard working... people there mixed with people who don't care and/or don't know better. Everytime I've been I have gotten my food but the staffhas been so unenthusiastic that they're hard to understand (and not from a language barrier, more like they're just not evenspeaking loud enough - like talking to a person) . Tonight there was an issue wit my card and I was about to exit the door whenmy wife told me they had evidently waved her down to let her know after I thought we paid. So decent food with bad service andthis is your spot. If the owner is reading this - your franchises service technically is serving the right food and we can tellyou're hiring whoever shows up. Advice - if you have the ability to find somewhere better - I'd go there. Read more

Went to this location for the first time this evening with my husband. Worst experience I?ve EVER had. Ordered two chicken and... steak bowls. Everything looked so appetizing and the staff was quite friendly in the beginning. As I start to eat I realized thechicken was RAW!!! I immediately spit it out and brought it to the attention of the staff, one girl just apologized and carriedon about her business so along came the ?manager? Camila. She didn?t even apologize she didn?t check the bowls she didabsolutely nothing! Not even offered a refund. I was furious, so I walked out. Came back after I called them and asked to speakto the manager. I was told by an employee she was too busy to come to the phone. And mind you I called while I?m sitting in mycar in front of the restaurant with not a soul in the restaurant!! Unbelievable. So she finally got on the phone and said tocome back if I want another bowl. I walked in and told her I would prefer a refund. She told me she didn?t know how to do that.How are you a manager and you know nothing about your position? No customer service what so ever. She told me she could ONLYrefund ONE bowl because she didn?t see two. After I handed her my original receipt. I mentioned to her that the coke was out aswell and the soda was sitting on the table. She refused to refund that as well and told me to pick another soda. I?m not sure ifshe was just ?acting? like a manager or she just doesn?t know what the role of being a manager in a restaurant is. So rude andjust horrible customer service. I will not be returning to this location ever again. And I really hope to all who reads thereviews on this place thinks twice before stepping in that place. Absolutely DISGUSTED!!! Do better Qdoba! Hire better employeeswho will make your company stand out and be great! Read more

The Gaithersburg location was very clean, staff friendly. This was my first ie and I ordered the Chicken Protein Bowl as... indicated on the menu. Love the tart and savory flavors. Priced right. You get a lot for the money -- no skimping. Highlyrecommend! Read more
