We have been coming to this Red Lobster for 18 years. A few years back the service, food, and environment became very bad. The... last time we had dinner was in 2017. This week a friend invited me for lunch and I was very hesitant to go. To my greatsurprise, I was overtaken by the change. The food was excellent, our server was so professional, friendly, and welcoming. Theupgrades in the resturant make the place look warm, clean and fresh. On Saturday I came with my family to celebrate my sonsbirthday and they too enjoy it. Again, our server was very friendly, attentive and helpful. I decided I had to write a reviewand congratulate the Red Lobster team at this location for an amazing job. Keep it up! Read more

If it was customer service that is being rated I would rate it 0 stars. Their customer service is so bad that is comical. If you... get food to go, you have to chase employees to check the status of your order, and if you are dining in, you have to chasesomeone to go sit you at a table. Wait times are insanely long either way. Some of the wait stuff are a bit rude. The placekinda smells a bit. Overall, not a pleasant experience. It's a shame because this place used to be one of my favorites a whileago. Read more

Service was a little slow due to being understaffed but the food was worth the wait! Some veggie options available - I had the... mozzarella sticks. The garlic butter biscuits are legendary and the cocktails delicious but strong! Read more

This is a classically designed, beautifully decorated Red Lobster. However... It's a little lacking in upkeep. The menus were... all torn, with grease stains. The complimentary bread was not very warm. The cranberry iced tea tastes more like sugar thananything else. The food was good, arrived quickly. No issues with the service, we had a nice waiter, and were quicklyseated. For those unfamiliar with Red Lobster, they do offer steaks & a few chicken options. I can see why there are fewerpeople in here than before, but there's still time to turn around! Read more

This is one of the worst  dining experiences I've ever had! Went to the restaurant around 5pm on Sunday, 9/26/2021.  The... restaurant was pretty much empty when we first got there. These are the low lights of the visit: I ordered New England ClamChowder, but the kitchen was still preparing or making it so it never came out.  I guess no one else had ordered chowderearlier in the day. The $34.95 live lobster that I ordered tasted like dirt and it seemed like it was either undercooked or thelobster had died prior to cooking.  I only ate part of 1 claw.  In hindsight, I think the lobster was actually dead.  Whenleaving, I noticed that the lobsters in the tank at the front of the restaurant weren't moving around. Our soda/water was neverrefilled. The waitress didn't bother to ask if we wanted dessert, she only asked if we were paying with cash or card. Afterpaying, the waitress asked if I wanted a copy of the receipt.  I said I did and she replied I could get the receipt up front atthe host stand.  I went up to the host stand, but there was no one there so I came back to our table empty handed.  Thewaitress eventually brought the receipt, but she should have done that from the very beginning. This building is the old style of red lobster. The decor is the older version where it was heavilly nautical themed. We were... seated fairly quickly. They are using paper menus, presumably due to infection risks related to covid19. The host spent an oddamount of time rotating them back and forth till he was satisfied that they were correct. The menu seemed like it had beenpruned significantly. The ordering process was fine. The waiter was not as attentive as he should have been. My wife's drinkwas not refilled for quite some time. The food was not the same quality that it had been in the past. You could tell my dishhad sat under the heat lamp awhile as the scampi and the alfredo was getting that sticky crust. The caesar salad I ordered as aside had stale croutons and at least one dead/rotten leaf. Read more
