I went today 8/8/19 around 7pm to get 2 drinks after shopping at Safeway. The girl saw me walk up and was doing something over... in the corner I though oh she is cleaning up but then she just ignored me by pulling out her phone. I had to ask her if I couldget a drink. She took someone else's order after mine. She made my one drink and then poured the lady coffee and forgot about myother drink I had to remind her I got another drink. I waited 15 minutes for 2 drinks and it wasn't even busy. Read more

Drink was good but zero customer service today. Just sour and robotic. Returned on Jan. 5 and the coffee was cold. Plus, the... customer service continues to be terrible. Definitely my last visit. Read more
