This store needs a major clean out of there staff. Just bought gas and a drink get to the counter to pay and the girl is texting... I stand there and wait till she acknowledges me standing there. She looks at me like I?m bothering her and then proceeds to ringmy drink up and gas but she never said the total she rings it up and then turns and picks up the phone again. If you can?t findbetter people to work make it a self check out, it would be more polite than the cashiers. This used to be the only place Iwould do but no more. Read more

this store was a great place with friendly staff and a very attentive manager. It was but isn't anymore, now it's just like any... other two bit gas station. BTW it will never be a Sheets, nice try. Read more

Stopped at Circle K on Stuart Drive in Galax this morning for fuel. Bought around 30 dollars in fuel, and paid at the pump. Went... inside the store to buy something to drink. Paid for my drink with cash. The cashier was a white haired tall guy, must be therudest s. o. b. ever. He practically threw my change at me, and I guess it would have killed him to say thank you or K M A orsomething. I will not be spending my money at this company again. Read more

I was really disappointed in how I was spoken to at this gas station the other night. It was my first time as a customer, I will... NOT be back. I typically drive to VA every Sunday to fill my tank for the week seeing as it is cheaper than NC. Upon arriving Iswiped my card and was immediately prompted to lift nozzle and pump, with current cards changing over to chips I thought maybeit allowed to bypass of a pin code, I lifted the nozzle and I went on to pump. It went to $4 and stopped, so I swiped my cardagain and was prompted to enter my pin. Not thinking about it I continued to pump my gas, at about $16 pumped a store employeecame outside and told me he had accidentally put someone else's gas on the wrong pump and that I would need to come in and pay$4 for this gas, at this point my pumping stopped and it wouldn't allow me to continue because I used all the money on my card.I had no problem in paying this four dollars but the way these employees handled this situation was rude. It was Sunday night aguy and girl working. They were yelling at me saying "what do you mean you don't have any more money? You HAVE to pay or youcan't leave! Didn't you think to stop $4 short?" And so on. They questioned me as if this situation was my fault and it was NOTmy fault. They were so rude a disrespectful, and you lost two customers (my bf goes there often to fill his truck) all over $4your employees decided to talk to a hard working citizen likethey were dirt.
