First, waited 10 to 15 minutes for anyone to come to seat us. I walked completely around the restaurant looking for staff. Only... people we saw were in the kitchen not working and goofing off. Finally got seated and sat and waited again for someone to evencome over to take our order. The smell of cigarettes wafting in from the back door where all the wait staff and the cooks were. Staff disappeared again. We decided to leave, as we went to our truck we found our waiter, kitchen staff all outside smoking. This place is awful, service is terrible and staff unprofessional. Do Not Recommend!!! Wouldn't give them any stars but I hadto give one to leave the review. Read more
Probably had an off night, but it?s a cool spot and what we got was good. Tried to have dinner this evening but it wasn?t in... the stars, we literally waited over an hour and had to leave, for a couple salads and a wrap. What made it more frustrating isthat our server disappeared for most of it. We did get 10 wings, those were good. Hopefully they can get things ironed out.Will give this another try in the future. First, let me say that the food was/is great! The staff were awesome ????. I would highly recommend if you are in the area to... stop in for a great burger or chicken sandwich. Now, for our visit today (Labor Day 9/5/2022), we found that they had theirnormal 2 person Monday schedule. The 2 that were there, were overwhelmed with the unexpected full house that showed up forlunch. This is no fault of business or staff. They did an amazing job just to keep their head during a huge rush like that. Wearrived after that and saw the results. The staff were trying to keep the new tables taken care of, while also cleaning up fromthe mad rush. They did all they could to take care of us and to ensure we had a great meal. The most impressive part, both ofthe waitstaff kept their smile, did the best they could to take care of the tables that were there. I highly commend both ofthe waitstaff for digging in, keeping their cool and never letting the patrons see them flustered. If we travel back to thearea, we will stop in for a other great meal! Called in an order for pickup and was told my order ?would be ready in 15 minutes?maybe 20 at most?. I said ?great? and ?I was... on my way? and after about 15 minutes I went into the restaurant and told them I was there and that I had an order to pick up. Iwas then told by the gentleman working that they would call my name when the order was ready. I waited 30 more minutes and neverreceived my food. No one ever spoke to me again or said ?hey we are working on it? etc. Everyone there was pretty busy talkingto other employees and not really paying attention to any customers. I have a lot to say. I will start with the fact that the food was good. The service was sub par and that is being nice. There... were 2 servers, a hostess, a bartender, and maybe someone else who could have been a kitchen guy. The staff was doing their bestbut it was busy and the customers suffered. I never saw a manager. Someone should have been floating around to do qualitycontrol. The bang bang shrimp were cooked perfectly. 10 shrimp and they were plump. My only grievance is they needed more ofthe sauce. 10 out of 10 recommend. My husband got the chips and dip app. He got the chips, no dips. The sauces came about 10minutes after the chips.The small tiny 2 oz sauce cup isn't enough for the tortilla chips. The beer cheese dip came in another10 minutes. Needless to say, the hot pretzel was cold. It was very disappointing. I ordered chili and onion rings. Both weredelicious. But at $9.95 for a tease of chili as a meal, it was a rip off. Even the staff agrees. The tortilla chips didn't comeas advertised. I would suggest to add the size of this chili to the menu. I was very disappointed. I am well versed in foodcosts and the way restaurants work. Whoever is responsible for running this should be ashamed. If you are short staffed, atleast put the servers in sections so they can care for their customers more efficiently. I am posting a picture of the $10chili meal sans tortilla chips along side the onion rings that were delicious and plentiful at a fair price point of 6 bucks. Iam pretty upset that my meal was maybe 7oz of chili. It's unacceptable. It took about 10 minutes or longer to get a beer,too. We got filled on our apps and when our food came we could not eat anymore. That's a good problem to have. My husbanddecided to eat the burger he ordered (medium well) for breakfast. Food was good, very slow service. A couple that got there 20 minutes after us was served first. I understand the difference in... the time it takes to cook a steak and a hotdog but they're all sandwiches!! But generally a decent place to eat and the beer iscold?? Read more
Macado's is a great restaurant. The interior of the restaurant is really amazing. They have aesthetically dipsplayed old tv... shows, actors and stuffs. It's really amazing that they are sticking on to their tradition and culture. As for the food theyhave great menu with collection of different types of item. You can sit their enjoy your drink and have great food. Last but notthe least their service is amazing. Read more
First visit to Macado's. The server was on top of things and kept our drinks filled. She apologized up front saying there would... be about a 25 minute wait for our food (actually was about 35 minutes). She said the kitchen was backed up despite there beingfew people in the resturant. The food was decent, but nothing to write home about. The decor was really cool and it was nicethat our group of five had total privacy in the area we sat in. Biggest pro was the server, biggest con was the overly loudmusic. Read more
