I work in the plaza with them and decided to treat my crew to mcdonalds, was told that I couldnt come in despite multiple people... sitting down & eating. Nothing online says anything about the lobby being closed , young man who answered the door said I wasntallowed in despite it being 9:03. Shameful service , wont be going to Galax again! Read more
Don't bother walking in and getting any service. When you stand at counter for 3 minutes and 5 sets of eyes look at you and no... one comes up to the register, I'll take my business elsewhere. Read more

Seriously? Galax site is Never open before 6 am even though web site and Google says they open at 5am. How about updating it so... people don't drive miles out of their way just to find it not open at 5:40 am? ???????? Read more
I understand everyone is short staffed and I get it. This McDonald's is usually pretty good on getting my orders correct but not... this time. Very disappointed when I received my order, I had been craving a filet of fish and wanted it so bad, but when orderedI asked for extra tartar sauce on the sandwich, got all the way home and opened it up and there wasn't a drop of tartar sauce onit period!! A dry sandwich is not good at all but I lived to far to take it back, so come on McDonald's please do betterespecially when we are paying more than before covid!! Read more
We do not normally go to McDonald's but on vacation when the hotel breakfasts are without eggs or protein, we go to McDonald's... to get breakfast and it is a good value with very decent food. Read more
