Subway, you really need to help this store out. The dining room has been closed numerous times lately and I understand if you... don?t have the staff. My problem is, don?t make those of us wait over 40min in the drive through to get the order we bought andpaid for online. You could have it open just to allow walk-in for online orders. Then the older lady was very RUDE to us. Plus,when we got back to the house the bread was so hard because they stored them on top of the oven to keep it warm an hour after itwas made. Read more
Placed online order at 7:13 pm for 7:30pm pickup. The store is locked and you cannot pick up orders except thru drive thru. The... line was around the building and almost into the road. Finally got to the window at 8:06pm, so more than 30 minutes after it wassupposed to be ready. Tried to get them to answer the phone so I could cancel my order and nobody answers. Knocked on the doorand they refused to open the door so I could cancel. Older lady was rude and hateful and claims they are doing their best andhad to let a staffer leave to fight a fire. I get that, but then don't take online orders if you can't provide the service. Butthis store has really gone downhill with lack of staff. I get they are understaffed... but this is totally unacceptable. I wouldhave cancelled the order and gone somewhere else if I had known how bad the wait was going for to be. Read more
The drive-thru girl was very short in response. She tried to be friendly once we got to the window but you it felt forced. I... also I felt rushed while making my order because she kept asking ?is that all? ? before I could even finish placing oneorder.. We ordered 2 Foot-longs, Both of those w Turkey, 1 = American cheese ; Toasted, Light Mayo, Very Light Mustard,lettuce, Onions, Pickles & Vinegar & Oil. The 2nd = Pepper-jack Cheese, Toasted, Heavy Onion , Light Jalapeño, Banana Peppers &Heavy Sweet Onion Teriyaki Sauce. What we got instead (once we got home & sat down to eat) Upon unwrapping our subs we noticedThe first Sub (described above) was missing cheese entirely and drenched in mustard (As Seen in The Photo Below) instead ofhaving light mustard. There was no vinegar and oil on it either. The second Sub was only had 2 small slices of cheese one oneach half of the sub & it also had Heavy Jalapeño instead of Light Jalapeño. Almost every time we?ve went to this subwaywe?ve had this issue, unless of course the manager is there. I?m not sure whether or not he was there today but I do know - nomatter how many different cashiers / sandwich artist they hire it?s always a let down & a waste of money. I live too far out oftown to be wasting gas all just to take the food back & complain. Therefore I advice going else where if you must eat out.. I love Subway. It's my favorite fast food. Just wanted to let the owner/manager know that the bread isn't what it should be I... know you are having problems keeping workers but, the quality at this location has really gone down just recently. Read more

Disappointing experience here. Food not prepared as ordered. A third of my sandwich was just bread. No meat or cheese on that... portion. Sandwiches are too costly not to be prepared properly. Read more
