Sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes and they were not busy! The mayo was caked on way to thick! I ordered 2 crispy... chicken and a spicy chicken sandwich they didn?t know what I meant by crispy chicken sandwich even though it?s on the menu! Onother visits I?ve had food missing, cold food and rude service! This location definitely needs corporate training, franchise ornot! There really aren?t any good restaurants in this area, to bad Wendy?s doesn?t take advantage of this and do a better job! Read more
Riddle me this.....why did you give me a coupon today at lunch touting how your eggs are better than McDonalds eggs and the... coupon was good for a BOGO, but yet the coupon experies 7/31/22....hmm ain't that today? Kinda late for that....the coupon isWORTHLESS!!! Read more
Rude employees to worried bout being in there phones them taken care of customers or dinning area
Went through the drive through got home 2 burgers were missing. Of course my husband didn?t check the bag. But anyway when I... asked could he come back and just come inside because the line is always horrendously long the girl gave me attitude and saidshe don?t have time to be running sandwiches out to curb side. I told her that?s not what I asked and then she just sat insilence. I told her if you all hadn?t forgotten the sandwiches I wouldn?t even have to come back. I know everyone is shortstaffed but attitude should never be the way to fix a situation. Read more
We had no choice but the drive-thru because there dining area was closed. We spent about 25-30mins in the drive-thru line... waiting. The food specifically the bourbon bacon burger was Ahhhhhmazing, seriously. The fries were salty to the point mysisters lips shriveled up like raisins, the nugzz crispy and juicy just like they should be. The drinks - small sprite good /large strawberry lemonade looked more like water and tasted like watered down lemonade. Read more
Slow staff. While I was there I had to wait 10 minutes for a spicy chicken and other customers that were there were mad because... of a raw Burger and the wait was long at the drive-through. Read more
Drive through window. Worst burger I?ve ever received at a Wendy?s. Someone thought it would be a good idea to soak it in... mayonnaise and ketchup instead of the normal amounts. Read more
Never eating here again. Lovely to almost be done with your salad only to see this sitting at the bottom. Disgusting.
