Fries are always gross you can tell they don't change oil enough and they have a really hard time getting orders correct
It's McDonald's. You should have certain expectations already but some locations are better than others. I mostly stopped for... coffee but will occasionally get something to eat as well. This location had some issues a few years ago. They really cleaned uptheir act and the management seems to know what they're doing. Occasionally, there might be a mistake by a new employee but it'sresolved quickly if there is one. If you're thinking of stopping at McDonald's I would recommend this one over Dubuque orStockton. I'm never sure what I'm going to get when I go to either of those locations. Read more
Not a quick stop for carry-out, but they got our custom order exactly right. Used the kiosk since our sandwich order is a... little quirky. Got order placed and ready to pay, then kiosk said it couldn't accept payments. Thankfully, it printed out aconfirmation with our order number. Waited in line at counter, then paid for what I had already requested. Staff was courteousand friendly. Manager made extra effort to double-check that we didn't want meat on our sandwiches. Cashier made sure wereceived all the items we ordered. Very clean restrooms. Plenty of parking. Read more

This is an absolute garbage McDonald's. They never just have you wait 30 seconds for your food because "the fries aren't ready"... they still deliver the food to your car instantly and the fries are either cold or not fully cooked. The other day I asked for aside of big Mac sauce and the new kid rang it up as ADD big Mac sauce so when I told the lady that brought it to the car shewent to go grab me a side, left us waiting for 4 minutes and then proceeded to bring out a receipt to show me it was add not aside, when I specifically asked for a side which she begrudgingly gave me. She literally wasted 4 min trying to save McDonald's.25 cents... today the foods all cold and their soda machine was down. Every single time they make you feel like you showing upis a gigantic hassle. UPDATE: Last time my 4 dollar large fry was half full so I had to go inside and have it fixed. Today thefries were hot but still tasted very undercooked. Unfortunately this is the only fast food in town so I'm stuck with it so I'llkeep updating. Read more
Had a great day at golf course and went there for a sandwich and soda. Walk in and I'm the only customer there there was a... nice kid at the cash register and a manager out at seating with a laptop. He see me and gets up and angrily says: well well.Look who's here , right on time and goes into the back of the store. The kid behind the cash register was nice. Thank you. The restaurant itself & the employees were fine. The completely drugged out female customer was not great. We were there... killing time between wedding & reception, 3 hours apart, & spent an hour & a half watching this poor soul try to operate thesoda machine, do a close up of the wet floor sign for 5 minutes & try to get the French fries into her mouth, not up her nose orin her eye. In a world freaking out about saving energy why do you think Mc D has to have 2 Jumbotrons that burn your eyes out?? I wonder... how many Mc D are in the world with them wasting electricity. ???????? Read more
