At first I was reluctant to stop here on my drive through based on the reviews I?ve read, but decided to stop anyway. I was... pleasantly surprised to find a clean store and very courteous staff! I mentioned the reviews and a customer commented that itwasn?t uncommon for the locals to be petty. Just goes to show that not all reviews are justified! I highly recommend stoppinghere. Service is horrible. Some employees there are rude and nasty. Tonight I went to get cash back on my debit card and the woman... refused. Said not enough cash in her drawer. Gave me the impression she was just too lazy to do it. A freezer product wasnt onthe shelf but i could see new stock directly behind it in the freezer. Asked the woman working to get me one. She said theyarent for sale, and refused. Which was an obvious lie and seemed again to be too lazy. She became rude, disrespectful anduncaring. I work at a business near Galena and i would never treat our customers the way they do! Many of our customers refuseto go to Casey's in Galena. A woman and her 30 year old son with Downs Syndrome came in recently and said Casey's refused tosell him beer because of his handicap! While she was standing next to him! His mother and legal guardian! There is NO legalreason to refuse him service. I checked. The mother was trying to teach her son life skills and was near tears telling us aboutit. She refuses to ever go back there ever again. Discrimination. I hope they sue. Where is management? Don't they see any ofthis? Why arent they taking action? Or do they not care? From the previous reviews i've read, and my customers that i havetalked to, this has been going on for months. And its the same Casey's employee! I Don't recall seeing ANY management in theresince the old store. Do they ever leave the office? Do they ever train employees? Casey's management needs to improve, hire theright people, and train them better in customer service. I for one will not be returning to Casey's in Galena. Read more

Ordered a cheese pizza and got cardboard took it back and asked for the one i Ordered they said they had to charge me again.

Worst experience I?ve ever had at a Casey?s in the Midwest. Terrible customer service, both times we?ve tried to order food, we... were pretty much talked out of it by the employees. Not blaming this on Casey?s as a whole but they may need to rethink who theyhave in management there. Read more

Beautiful new and larger store with plenty of parking and lighting. For a small town the people are blessed with the new set up... that is clean and personal along with friendly. Constant traffic in and out the lines are seldom long. Original taste of theirpizza helps keep the traffic heavy. Limited gas pumps in the city also keep the locals coming back. Nice place to do business. Read more
