The server only gave us 2 menus for 4 people, even though the place was empty and there were menus on other tables. When the... server left our table, they immediately started playing on their phone, seemingly forgetting we asked for more water or ice. Three strikes, you?re out! We?ve tried three times and each time something hasn?t been right. Twice they forgot to make my... daughter?s meal when we did pick up and when we had delivery they forgot our salads. Everyone is nice but the kitchen is notcohesively run. My husband had surgery, so we used delivery the third time.They are literally 2 minutes from the house and ittook 1 1/2 hours to get our food. Two stars. There is essentially no dough to this pizza. I ordered the grand canyon, no onions, and some garlic bread. The BBQ... chicken was very dry, and the taste of the sauce was almost sickly sweet. The garlic bread was basically a fried tortilla thathad some butter and garlic on it. Again, disappointing. When you bite, it's all crunch, or some very mild sog. I'm not likely toorder again, as clearly this is not my type of pizza/place. It's... If you love pizza made in a wood fire brick oven, this is the place to go. Pizza is cooked to perfection. The wait staff is very... attentive to make sure your experience is top notch. They also make their own bread both traditional and flat. Sandwiches aretop notch. You have to go to experience the excellent taste of their awesome creations. Read more
This used to be my favorite pizza place within a 30 minute drive. I always ordered the Denali and it was great.... had just the... right amount of toppings and a great brick oven taste and crisp. Now under the new owners this is some of the worst pizza I?vetasted around. How can you ruin something so good?? The pizza has no brick oven taste and no crisp. The amount of toppings onthe pizza (easily 4x as before) makes it so soggy and everything is just buried in cheese. As a result none of the sausage orpepperoni get crisped or cooked in the oven properly. So disappointing. Also..... over $3 for a fountain drink. Sadly just go tochain pizza place and get the same quality pizza for cheaper. Read more
Ive tried them a few times now everytime the pizza is burned black on bottom and top. Im through with this place. Update. I... finally got through to them and they replaced it. It is quite yummy. Awesome family friendly and clean environment! Staff was super kind and when there was a small mixup with our order they were... prompt to fix it for us no hassle. Food is delicious and location is great. Overall highly recommend for anyone in the mood forpizza! Read more
