One of the last McDonald's in south eastern CT with a play space for the children, this restaurant is typically always busy. The... staff do a great job at maintaining the pace and the food is out fairly quickly. I enjoyed my time (or two or three) and woulddefinitely recommend. Read more

Food was good, but most important was the manager coming outside in the pouring rain, to bring it to the car. He even waited... while I checked the bags. Read more

I?ve never had an issue with this particular McDonald?s, but WHY does it say it?s a confirmed 24 hour location when it?s not?... Drove there tonight around 12:15 and the entire store was closed. Read more

Worst McDonald?s in the area. The staff is rude as hell and needs to be trained on customer service. They asked me to park and I... looked over to their parking area and there was no were to park and the lady started yelling at me. Then like 5 different peoplecame to the window asking me what I ordered. Worst experience ever. Read more

We went through the drive thru and it was reasonably fast. We had to park and wait, but it wasn't that long. The sandwiches... were hot and good. The fries were cold on the top and lukewarm at the bottom. Part of the problem is that the bag was wideopen, not double folded to hold more heat in. That is a pet peeve of mine ever since I managed a McDonald's decades ago. It isvery unusual to get hot fries in any drive thru, so I only took off one star. The sandwiches were perfect, though, so Irecommend this one, also because they were fast and got our order correct. Read more

Went through the drive through tonight for a birthday treat and ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes and one plain sundae. For $8.23... they handed us these tiny globs of soft serve. This is the closest McDonalds to us, so we come here occasionally and typicallydon't get the best food (often cold), but this is the first time I feel like I've been short changed on what I paid for.
