It's always been hit or miss getting my order right with this BK in Galesburg. Despite that, today is the day I write a review... after waiting 28 min for 2 orders of chx fries and 1 medium french fry. Order management has to be improved to keep customers.If you have an employee waiting on sandwiches so they can put them in bags for other orders then they have time to drop fries.Yes it's been many many years since I worked fast food but from my observations today that "order management" skill is lackingat this establishment. My last 2 visits they didn't make my order my way. First they said they was outtakes bacon and forgot the ketchup and mayo on... all sandwiches. and the second visit they put the bacon on my bacon cheeseburger but not on my Bacon King sandwich. Check yourorder before leaving Read more
Ordered the Big Bundle through the drive up. The staff had to ask several times what was included but got the order correct and... were friendly. The food was good and fresh, but lukewarm rather than hot. Read more
Specifically asked for zesty sauce in drive thru. It was not put in our bag. Also, I had maybe two pieces of lettuce and a dab... of mayo on my chicken sandwich. Very disappointed. Will not be returning. Read more
Maybe it's me, but this quarter pounder and fries had no flavor. The vanilla diet coke was good. I like there soda dispenser.
