Not my cooking, I initially made a mistake by ordering the burgundy steak crepe. While the crepe was perfectly cooked and... colored, it lack severely on flavor. The sou cream on top couldve been better with Jalapeño Creme cheese and the steak insidewould've been better if they were not chunks but rather shredded and with a little more salt and pepper. With that said, myfiance Chicken Sandwhich was beyond great! I can't put a finger on what sauce they got in it but boy did it made the whileexperience way better. The service was phenomenal, the server notice I wasn't touching my crepe at all and was quick to ask if Iwanted something else. I ordered the crab cake sliders and boy was it night and day! The crab cakes were to die for. Too badI've lost my appetite from the crepe. I shouldve ordered the sliders to begin with. Over all I give this place a 9/10. Price wasextremely low for the quality they serve (excluding the steak crepe apparently). The server also took off the unseasoned crepefrom out check which was a bonus! So thank you! Oh I forgot ee also ordered both bisque and they were so good I didn't got achance to take a picture lol Read more

We enjoyed a very nice lunch. Were amazed how busy it was at 2:00 in the afternoon, obviously a popular place. I can see why,... though - quality food, great service, nice ambience. I ordered a delicious broccoli bleu cheese quiche, and the side salad withItalian parmesan vinaigrette was a perfect complement. My dining partner had "the works", a grilled sandwich with roasted beef, sauteed onions and mushrooms, with marinated vegetables. We thought we'd have dessert but we were too full. Read more

Amazing food, coffee and dessert. The espresso was fresh and very smooth. For the coffee of the day was Butter Scotch Toffee.... Crab Cake sliders were cooked perfectly. Soup and Sandwich were both flavorful and just the right amount of food. Praline Crapefor dessert was out of this world. Service was wonderful as well. Read more

Review Date: July 25th, 2016 Crepes creep me out. Are the not just a pancake? Like, a really thin pancake? Or are pancakes a... crepe ripoff? My friend Laura told me about this place and actually suggested a day trip to Galesburg. She had been here beforeand raved about it and said I needed to experience it. Without twisting a single arm, I agreed. I?m not sure what I expectedand after all this time, I still don?t think I properly processed the interior of this place. It looked like super upscaleinside but there was a patio with outdoor seating that seemed to have a jungle vibe to it? A dichotomy of sorts. Either way, wesat down and started going over the menu. I didn?t view the menu before hand so I expected breakfast and some simple cafe items.I was not prepared for a full-on restaurant. My plan was to order something breakfast-y, but after seeing the menu, I was not sosure. I settled on a grilled sandwich. Possibly the White BBQ Chicken or Turkey Melt with a side of chips. What was put down infront of me had a very basic look to it. I looked at my friend?s food and was instantly ?food envious?. But no matter, it?s nothow the food looks on the plate but how it tastes that matters in the end. I tried the chips first, expecting them to be KitchenCooked (a regional favorite) but they tasted homemade. Deliciously homemade. That got me stoked to try my sandwich, so I tookthe first bite. The plain look on the plate (as seen below) was just a façade. It blew my socks off. I remember thinking thatthis is what premium tastes like. This is what fresh ingredients and no cutting corners will get you. That sandwich did not lastlong. I cleared my plate before Matt or Laura were halfway done with their meal. It doesn?t help that I am a fairly fast eaterin the first place. Throw in a dash of deliciousness to the food and it disappears even quicker. The place is a bit pricey arearound $12+ per person. But I can say the quality on this visit was fantastic. If you Read more

Delicious. Don't hesitate to visit. Everything is wonderful. They don't skimp on quality ingredients. The courtyard in the back... is especially gorgeous, green and shaded. Reminds me of New Orleans. We'll be back. Read more
