I just sat in the drive through on Henderson for over 30 minutes - incredibly slow - and even though I checked my receipts (both... the pay window and in the bag) my food was the wrong order. Supposed to be plain. Instead loaded with things I cannoteat. Disgusted. Read more
Surprisingly enough- have never had a order messed up here! Been there plenty of times (anyone who has kids have I'm sure!lol)
It was terrible, tables were dirty, did not like the Kiosk when ordering, then had to go to counter to pay. Had to ask for... extra condiments. Will not dine in at a McDonalds again. Read more
The employee was rude enough for me to rip her and the manager a new one (not knowing I have 20+ years restaurant management... experience until I pulled up), especially when I noticed the manager running the shift wasn't even wearing a headset so she hadno real awareness of the flow of business, the situation or how her employees were speaking to the customers. I pulled to thewindow and refused the food for the simple fact that if they can talk to the customers face that way what are they going to doto the food you aren't watching them make! Read more
