Fast/low prices/almost never gets your order wrong!
There are two Taco Bell restaurants in town. My visits to the Main Street location were better and it seems to have much... friendlier employees working there. The other location over on Henderson St isn't very impressive. The manager Kevin is rude andquite unprofessional. The soft shell tacos are way to small for the price, the meat has no real taste. They don't open early enough to get breakfast... in the morning. Read more
Cashier was Windy C. (According to receipt) and she was polite. Overall however, i would not recommend this Taco... Bell. Pros: -Fast food (go figure lol) -Clean tables (however no one else was here) -Fair price for fastfood -Cinnabons! Cons: -Skimpy breakfast burrito (thin/light) -Dry AM (breakfast) Crunchwrap (meaning little to no cheesyjalapeno sauce on all of our wraps) -Baja Blast mixture was way off -Saw no breakfast salsa to try -There was no one at counterto ask for any assistance about anything and we weren't asked if we needed anything else either upon receiving our food at thecounter TO WRAP EVERYTHING UP... Bad customer service overall, bad fountain maintenance, and skimpy and dry food. This was myworst Taco Bell Experience thus far. These night time ppl are RUDE!!! The staff at the main street one are AWESOME!! Every time I go into the Henderson street one at... night... THEY DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ME, THEY DEFINITELY LOOK AT ME BUT THEY DO NOT SAY HI OR SPEAK TO ME, AND I WILL STANDthere for 10-20 minutes before they bring the food to me and this is the second time these RUDE women practically THROW the food at me!!! And I am a bit tired of it!! And about to call CORP the next time it happens!!!I'm polite and say thank you and still get NOTHING, not even RESPECT!!! Taco bell as lost my business. I tried to place a mobile order today. Order came out the 25 dollars. I submitted my order, and... got a notification stating that their online service couldn't process my payment even though the payment went through and tookthe 25 out of my account. I showed proof of the charge and they still refused to make the order just because their system failedand the order never came through and wanted to double charge me to make my order! The manager, Wendy I believe, proceeded totell me she couldn't refund the almost 30 dollars taken from my account and was very rude during the whole situation. Went on a Wednesday night. I ordered a $5 box, Nacho BelGrande and 2 tacos. When my food was handed to me I had the box and... a bag. I only asked if the sauces i ordered were in there and his reply was 'should be'. That's my fault for not checking, I'm a person that tries to be respectful to the ones behind me and the staff so i took his word. After driving back home (30minutes) I see that not only did I not get any sauces, I also didn't receive my Nacho BelGrande. I called the store and avery rude woman answered claiming to be the manager. Halfway through of explaining my location and issue, she interrupted meto tell me that they weren't going to bring the rest of my order to me.
