Usually forgets condiments, and has repeatedly made their brisket sandwich wrong when we have went. Besides that, they get the... orders mostly correct. Read more
Food is good, but more often than not they forget an item or two and are not very nice about it.
Arby's is always delicious but some of them took away the potato cakes, that's sad.. at least Marion still have them
Food was good. Floors need mopped. They were sticky. Soda fountain needed serviced. Windows were streaky.
Ate lunch here on a Wednesday. The staff was very friendly and restaurant clean, including the restroom. Ordered a classic... meal and was impressed with the pile of meat on the classic. Fries were crispy and hot. As a general rule, I don't use drivethru's do to opportunity for errors. I like to be able to check my order before leaving, plus I'm not a fan of eating in a car. I was very disappointed. They took side salads off the menu. They were awesome. Didn't know why took them away. The fries we... could not eat. Too hard. We love the arby's in bucyrus. No issues there. Thought we would try Galion Ohio. We are not goingback. Fries are not good sitting ahead they get hard. And it wasn't a off time to go there.
