Went through the Drive-thru ,ordered 3 meal deals. The voice on the driver thru was super friendly and asked if I'd be... interested in trying the new dark meat $7.99 meal,He made it sound good,so ordered it. I also ordered a potato bowl meal,and apot pie meal. The food was hot and and fresh. Disappointed in the parakeet drumstick in the $7.99 box. Otherwise it was a goodtrip. The window was fast and the order was correct when arrived home. The box was a bit deceiving for the $7.99 meal it lookedlike a great deal, I should have just ordered the regular value menu meal for the value/price. The food was flopping around inthat big box. I've eaten here before and it's never been bad but today my husband and I went for a quick lunch. They opened at 11 and we... showed up around 11:15. The food was almost cold and the fries tasted as if they sat over night and re heated.. we were verydisappointed. Read more

I'm not sure of his last name but John took our order and helped at the window. This dude treated us like we were an... inconvenience for ordering food there. I asked what the KFC sauce was and all he said was "its our signature sauce." Nodescription, pretty much let us know I was bothering him by asking about sauce. I asked if his name was on the receipt and hesaid no, I then said "well, I need your name please." This guy shouldn't be taking orders or communicating with anyone. Ihaven't been this upset in a long time. Absolutely ridiculous. His name was John, Galion location, we spent around $45 on ourmeal and this was around 4pm. Read more
Our sandwiches have been dry with not enough sauce the last few times, so I asked for extra. They said no. Our sandwiches were... dry again, I called to complain, but the managers were too busy to talk. There was one car when I got there and one when I left.$15 for 3 dry sandwiches, and TERRIBLE customer service. Read more
While ordering I asked for honey for the biscuits, then at window twice I said something to the young man working to make sure... there was honey.... and they still did not put even 1 single packet of honey in our bags. Not very good customer service. Theworkers ( at drive thru window ) were to busy flirting with each other to do their jobs. The food was good though. Read more
Wow have you seen the prices lately? OMG????! And the large fries seemed old and microwaved too long! They didn't even get... eaten. And I only got them because the meals are only for rich people. I'll probably never eat there again ! Seriously. Who inthis economy can afford it? 8 pieces of dark meat and old stale,hard fries was $24!!!! Read more
